I haved a rental property in Laguna Niguel. It needed a little maintainace as it was 4 years old. They came out quickly and did an excellent job !!!!!

I was having some issues with my A/C during a heat wave. I spoke with Nicholas Mechanical and asked for help ASAP. They set up a tech to come to my house right away. This is a company that you can count on!! We were unable to be home during the repair so we gave them access to our home and they treated our house like it was their own. This is a very trustworthy company with great customer service and second to none professionalism. My wife and I can now enjoy our A/C and its nice to have a company that we can trust to do our regular maintenance.

Nicholas mechanical staff are all so happy and helpful! This company has been so easy and great to work with. They’ve been prompt and they’ve been very flexible with their scheduling to help our family in a difficult situation. Our AC at our new rental has a lot of issues but each thing has been carefully tended to and explained to us and they were very helpful in encouraging our management company to get things approved so work can start. They go above and beyond!

They don’t do there job at all my place has been on fire due to them not doin there jobs and Mr fox has an nasty attitude wen it comes doin to u making complaints about ur apartment I have been telling them for 3 years my sockets not working properly and the people they got working only come in a look at things and tell me we gotta order these parts and never come fix it oh and not to mention after the fire I was left with a new peace on my wall and two days later they came to tell me not to plug anything up in it but this is wat I was left to clean

I moved here a year ago. My neighbors in my building are fantastic. There is a cat lady on the property that comes out to feed them like clock work. However, that was the first time i actually saw cats outside. I have a duplex and i have not had any issues. I have had to call maintenance once for a loose handle in the common area hallway which they immediately fixed. I was actually surprised that I did not have issues with roaches considering being in an urban area and in a year i saw one yes ONE mouse. The trash cans when full are an eyesore but its the only centrally located area that would accomodate everyone fairly. The staff is amazing. I have never had an inappropriate or unprofessional exchange with anyone on staff including the maintenance guy that cleans the parking lot each morning. I will say that more attention needs to be paid to the common hallway floors. I feel like they should be mopped daily which was not being done until recently and now i enter the building to the smell of freshly mopped hallway and i love it. Again staff is very responsive and notify you in ample time of upcoming maintenance needs due to most residents on the property either working or are elderly. I dont have to worry about smelling weed when coming on the property or opening my windows which is always a plus plus plus in DC. Laundry rooms are big, spacious and located in multiple areas throughout the property my only issue is the type of washers. They have front loaders and i prefer top load washers. Overall, my experience has been pleasant and although i dont take public transportation the bus is a 2 minute walk outside the complex. I can go on and on. Again, i have only been here a year however i have endored all four seasons day and night at Rockburne Estates and this has been my best apartment home experience and i consider myself a hard person to please. Hope this was helpful.

I currently live here and there's always something broken or leaking..You would think they would try to be a little more accommodating, or caring when it comes to high risk children..nope not at all..all they want to do is inconvenience my family...I've been dealing with an ongoing issue in my kitchen for sometime now (probably about two years' give or take)...it leaks sometimes to the point where its destroyed my food, and damaged some of my appliances. They have been made aware of this issue several times but instead of doing the work to actually fix the problem, a bandaid has just been put over it...After all this time, during this pandemic is when they tell me to let them know when it's a good time to get my children out during this pandemic to fix a the leaky roof FINALLY...only problem is...there's no place for my family to go...people are still worried, and being precautious by still social distancing...my family included...so where can we go? We were asked to remain upstairs if we do stay in the house, during the time the contractor is in the kitchen fixing the leak situation but that's where the food is...without knowing how long the contractor will need to fix the problem...how will my kids eat, i dont have extra money to go out and buy take out so I would need to cook for them to eat...i tried to work around that by telling the rental office that at times I would have to come downstairs to make food for my kids but there was an issue there bc the contractor wants to keep his distance during this pandemic so it poses a problem...on top of the fact that one of my sons has upper respiratory issues, and I'm not sure that the chemicals won't affect him. Also maintenance has been working on the toilet for two weeks. That means we cant use the bathroom downstairs..I didn't even know that they didn't fix it. I found out a plumber was coming out when I went to address the messy job that had been done..When I say inconsiderate and careless..I wish it was something more I could do without causing trouble because I'm between a rock and a hard place..if you want to know the upside they do a lot of landscaping so the grass is always cut..I said it⚘🌳so much for affordable housing.

Daniel and Lupita and the other long hair guy always swoop in to save the day for us. The DEPENDABLE actually means something here... but I would actually call them DEPENDABLE & HONEST HVAC... because they do what they say and always come on time... I can depend on them to show up and get my temperatures up and running again when the refrigerator gives out... my local guy doesn’t even show up half the time... wth?? How does a technician from Anaheim make it to Long Beach quicker than the local guy? Thanks!!! These guys all day...

I own a foodtruck and restaurant and Danny has been my trusted service man for all my refrigeration or AC needs. Anytime anything breaks down or is having issues I always give him a call and he shows up in a timely manner. If there’s any issue he can’t quite figure out, he doesn’t quit until he has resolved the problem and fixed the issue. I appreciate the fact that he is always honest and trustworthy when it comes to any diagnostic or repair. I definitely recommend this company for any repairs, service, or estimates. Pricing is always fair and just!

The service Man Ivan, was dispatched as quickly as possible. He was very polite, professional, and respectful, especially when coming into my home. Let me know what he was gonna check, went and got his tools and procedure to check everything out to see why we weren’t getting any heat. He didn’t take too too long, which I was impressed and he found the situation and then he proceeded to do a little maintenance on the motor and the sensors and check the electrical connections, which is really important to me. Especially since I am a daughter of an electrical contractor so he was great and all of you are always helpful. It would be nice to have him as my regular guy as long as he’s still working with you all thank you so much.

I’m very pleased with the service I received. Ron was on time, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what was wrong, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. It’s clear he takes pride in his work. I would absolutely use his services again and recommend him to others.

Noah was very nice and explained everything he was going to check on the performance of my furnace. He showed pictures of items that needed cleaning. He said I could see the before and after pictures online. I haven't seen a link to do that. Would like to see them.

Noah was very respectful and professional. I had some issues with the heater, I got the quote within 2 hours (Noah and his supervisor also helped me with the talking to my home insurance as well as financial assistance ) and today my heater is going to be replaced/fixed.
