We have had our difficulties with HCUSA over the last 15 years, especially with out newest install of our new Reem unit this past summer. The reason for the 5 star review goes SOLELY to our most recent experience with our new technician Austin. It was extremely pleasant and quick. He was very familiar with the system, and knew exactly what he was doing and how to help us with our current issues. Within a few minutes he was able to fix a wifi issue we have had for 6 months as well as get our system and thermostats back up and running. This is unlike our past experiences with HCUSA and we pray that Austin continues to be our technician. Thank you for your help today Austin!

Ron Cassel showed up within the time frame given . Was very pleasant and professional from start to finish . He’s extremely thorough with his diagnostics and he explained everything clearly with what he investigated. I was very impressed with his knowledge and can tell he has great integrity. I was very comfortable with him in my home. I will be requesting Ron himself to come out with any future work.

Joe R. provided great customer service when he came out for a routine maintenance appointment for our unit. He was friendly and courteous and provided detailed information on the work completed. He offered options for keeping our unit working to avoid any future problems. He was also very patient and honest with his work. I highly recommend him!

Daniel Tubbs came out and did a plumbing maintenance. He did a great job. Daniel was professional and provided feedback as well as different options for service to our home. Daniel was friendly and courteous and did a thorough evaluation of the plumbing in our home. I highly recommend him!

He did an excellent job explaining everything clearly and thoroughly, especially why certain additional services were recommended—nothing felt rushed or confusing. Matt was very honest and transparent about pricing, which we truly appreciated, and he made us feel confident and comfortable trusting both him and the company. Daniel from Home Comfort did an amazing job on the service maintenance. Very detail oriented, tells me exactly how each unit operates and what needs to pay attention to. Overall, I was very satisfied with the services I received today.

Today I had a most wonderful visit from Home Comfort! The young man, Daniel H. came to check on my furnace/heating system. He introduced himself & with a great friendly smile & handshake!
Daniel was very thorough in his work, he explained & showed me what he was doing & looking for in my system!
In the end, Daniel gave me suggestions on how to improve my heating downstairs! He explained all 3 of the programs that could make my home feel warmer downstairs w/o being a high pressure salesperson!

My service technician was Hector, and I was very impressed with his performance. He was knowledgeable, respectful, and communicated exceptionally well. He called ahead to inform me of his arrival time, and he was punctual. When he came in, he was very careful with his ladder and tools and even wore booties over his work boots, which I appreciated.

Hector shared valuable information about my HVAC system. He adjusted the dampers in one of the bedrooms to allow for more airflow and checked on my filter, which was quite dirty. I had attempted to remove it myself but was worried about damaging something, so I felt embarrassed not being able to do it.

While checking the condenser, Hector noticed it was very dirty. I paid extra to have it cleaned, as I didn't realize how much it was affected. In my area, we experience high winds and a lot of dust, especially since we live near a school that recently underwent renovations. He explained how I could maintain and clean the condenser myself and went over how to change the filter and adjust the settings on my air conditioning unit.

We also discovered that we grew up in the same city and shared stories about a popular local restaurant that only those familiar with the area would know. It was wonderful reminiscing about those memories while discussing the work he was doing. I truly appreciate all of Hector's advice, and if you ever get the chance to work with him, I highly recommend it. He is a wonderful young man.

Aaron and Bernie were professional and did excellent work. They clearly explained what they did and why and finished in one day. I appreciate their work ethic. They installed a new Furnace and AC systems.

Nick and Enrique were awesome! Showed up on time and very transparent about my hvac system. They even were willing to talk to family over the phone to explain everything to them as well. I appreciate there honesty and highly recommend!

From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They walked us through everything and did an incredible job installing our new AC, furnace, and water heater. Our Home Comfort technician, Noah, was friendly, courteous, very knowledgeable and highly skilled. He spent time investigating the issues we were having and did a full review of the heating and air conditioning components taking photos and calibrations to show us. We were very impressed with this young man and his customer service.

I have had Home Comfort services for 10 years now and have had great service on my AC and Heating system and every time a technician comes out they have always been very friendly and helpful but on 1/28/26 Home Comfort sent me Ron Cassel and let me tell you he is highly knowledgeable and you can tell he loves his job. He goes above and beyond for his customers. I told him I will be requesting him every time. In a time when we all want kindness and to feel like we are not being taken advantage of

Daniel Tubbs was awesome, very friendly and professional and very helpful. Highly recommend. In addition the next day I got the pleasure to work wirh Bernardino Macias Jimenez and his associate. Both who were very professional, fast and effective as they did a much better job than I was expecting. Both individuals were great to work with and highly recommend them as well.
