Came by in the morning. Explained everything about the service they were gonna provide, which was a new hot water heater and buy around 5:30. I had a new hot water heater. They did a fantastic job. Brien took things out of the storage area that was blocking the hot water heater and put everything back. He was extremely professional and did a fantastic job.I can’t recommend this company enough

We had a great experience. Zane came over, took the time to clearly explain the Ecowater product we were interested in, and answered all our questions without any pressure. Very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. Would definitely recommend.

I had a serious water leak in our home that leaked to the sidewalk. NexGen replaced all the plumbing pipes in our home. Ben answered all my questions and fully explained the problems and solutions. The plumbing crew was very efficient in installing the pipes. I am very happy with the process.

My system had stopped working recently for an unknown reason. I contacted Nexgen for service. Within 24 hours, a technician was at my home. He was able to diagnose and have my system up and running in a very short period of time. The technician, Anthony Orozco, was very nice and knowledgeable about what was going on. He didn't attempt to up charge me and even tested it before leaving. I have used Nexgen a few times and I am very satisfied with the product.

Eric and Annie were incredibly quick to resolve the issue and took the time to clearly explain what was going on. They were wonderful to work with from start to finish. I had a furnace problem and they came out first thing in the morning. On top of that, they were extremely friendly and patient with my kids, who were being extra loud. Highly recommend NextGen but more importantly, these two!

I received the text prior to the phone call which was amazing. Felipe let me know that he would be able to arrive early I agreed. He arrived and went straight to work once he entered my home before he crossed the threshold he put booties on I thought that was very respectful, thank you. I showed him what the problem was he went in and took everything a loose found the situation and repaired it the service was quick friendly and very courteous.

Eduardo was an excellent technician. We just did a tune up service. He called ahead. Was prompt with his work. He did great work. Including getting all the debris out of the outside ac unit and checked the furnace in the attic. Checked everything and answered all my questions. I would recommend this service. I was contacted in Home Depot for a discounted service.

Ronnie was thorough in explaining the maintenance details he was very clear and honest about what was needed. He went above and beyond making sure everything was left running smoothly. Ronnie was very courteous and we asked him to please stay on as our tech moving forward. We appreciate his patience with all our questions and tips on making sure our unit runs at its best.

Have been with NexGen now for about 3 years for maintenance on Hvac and they installed and maintain my tankless water heater. I would and have reccommend them to friends and family.

Nexgen sold and installed a new heater in our home. We had very good communication from schedulers and installer. They quickly installed the heater the day after contract was signed. Installers arrived on time. They were friendly, neat and completed installation in one day. We had a problem with the heater the day after installation and Nexgen was very responsive and quick to return and resolve issues.

Carlos came by today for an AC tune-up and was extremely professional. He took the time to explain what he was doing and gave me helpful tips on how to keep my system running efficiently and cool through the summer. Highly recommend Carlos and the team at Nextgen Air Conditioning if you want your system running the right way.

Extremely disappointed with my experience. My appointment was rescheduled three separate times, each time disrupting my schedule and requiring me to rearrange commitments. There was little regard shown for my time as a customer, and the repeated changes demonstrate a lack of reliability and professionalism.

Consistency and respect for customers’ time should be basic standards for any company. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with NexGen. I hope they take steps to improve their scheduling process and customer communication.

What started off as a simple replacement for a “Capacitor “ , a $80 part, on my perfectly good running 8 year old unit . They convinced to purchase a new $18,000 Top Of The Line unit, With a Magical 5 year warranty, NO WORRIES!!!. Save Energy and $!!!

2 years go by, and the “Capacitor” on the brand “New Unit” went out!!!!… “ok….wait.. wasn’t that the Problem I had with my Old A/C unit”. I call NexGen to have a come over and take a look at the “New Unit” and they tell me that the “capacitor” on the”New Unit” is not covered under warranty, charges me $580 for a $80-100 Part/capacitor…. I”m mad….

Offers me a preventative service and I opt in.

Recently used the Service this Month “Prepaid/Free” ***SEE PIC***

Tech arrived on time, Really Professional…The tech is supposed to tune up and professionally clean the furnace and replace the filter. The technician is supposed to clean and tune up the AC system. They’re also supposed to do an inspection on the water heater. The technician did not do any of these services, after about an hour on monitoring the voltage on his little Handheld on the furnace and A/C unit , the technician told me that your system looks new, and I told the technician it is. Unit is under Warranty, but you guys still got $580 out of me for a same issue I had with my OLD UNIT….. Your Company NexGen installed it. The technician then tells me that the blower on my heater needs to be cleaned and shows me a picture. The technician then tells me that my AC unit outside needs a cleaning. Then shows me a picture. The technician then tells me it will cost $640 to clean the blower and $320 to clean the AC unit outside,

“OHHH!! But if you pay $640 for just the heater cleaning, will give you the AC cleaning system for FREE!! you’ll save $320. I can Start Right now”!!!

At This Moment,I’m Really Mad… “Just go and have a nice Day! “

you have me on file. We are not made of money. What next you’re gonna send somebody down to make it right, and guess what, rat bit my A/C cable … is that cost me $800000?? Smh

Jose was the installation person who put in my new shower handles in two houses he was so informative really polite, super nice and very experienced to what he was doing. Explain to me everything showed me it took pictures. He’s the best from now on any plumbing. I need it. It’s gonna be from Nexgen with Jose.

I had my EcoWater System brought back to life! Also Alfred worked on my water heater & brought good water pressure back into my kitchen after years of other plumbers not knowing what to do. I would highly recommend NexGen!

I presented Chris with a unique situation with my new kitchen sink and disposal, and he literally said "no problem, I have the tools and the skills, we can do this" and he got everything done before my wife got home to surprise her for Christmas. I couldnt have been more impressed by his troubleshooting and the finished product, and we couldn't be more grateful. He was extremely personable. Also, their customer service was fantastic when scheduling. Definitely trust these guys with your home improvements and maintenance/repair.
