I had the best experience with HomeX. Roger was dispatched out quickly as soon as I made the call. He was kind and supportive as he immediately went to work. His field supervisor Shane came by and assisted. Shane over saw the entire process. Roger's partner Oscar also worked on my broken pipe. The entire team was patient and guided me through the entire repair. I felt like I had a good group of friends helping through a tough bind. The work was flawless. I would highly recommend this crew. Roger and Oscar had superior work ethic. Shane was extremely knowledgeable and helped ease me through the process. This crew represents the company to the full extent. The technician Alejandro Garcia came out to service our tankless water heater. At first he mentioned the price before started the work, and there was a discrepancy. I showed him the messages and he quickly apologized and came back and honored the price. He showed respect by wearing shoe covers and started the work. He explained everything he was doing never did he just did the work without explaining step by step. I highly recommend him and the company.. 100 %

Rudy came to our rescue! We had a complicated leak behind an upstairs refrigerator. It required him to access the crawl space. He was very communicative and patient with my elderly father and writhing a couple of hours repaired and replace the failing parts. Water main line restored. We could not be more grateful. The cost was fair and I plan to call for Rudy the next time we need a knowledgeable plumber! Thank you!

Kahuna Comfort has the best customer service compare to their competitors. Their technician, especially Ulises, was nice and very knowledgeable. He identified exactly the repaired that we needed, and when the repaired was done the problem is fixed just as expected. My heat furnace had issue that caused by the eletric Edison company and other repaired company try to recommend a complete replacement that would have cost over 5,000 compare to just a simple fix for about 300. Thanks Ulises and the staff who are very responsive on text messages.

I highly recommend this company for their exceptional service. They sent a technician named Isaac, who personally came to my house and suggested a tankless water heater since my old water heater was 10 years old. and I was having issues with hot water. He took excellent care of me and my family, and the affordable pricing made the experience even better. I also appreciate how they quickly fixed my malfunctioning AC on the same day. Companies like Kahuna Comfort truly stand out because they genuinely care about their customers.

Rain busted my water heaters cuz and instead of paying 2000 for a new one. Alex (sorry if I got the name wrong) recommended a waterless heater with a rebate of like 1400 bucks. Ended up paying 2800 for the water heater and installation, now no water damage in it and hopefully everything goes smooth! They were a giant help. Thank you guys!

I requested Kahuna plumbing services a free estimate for the installation of a whole house water filter and descaling. I got a very prompt reply and follow up from Solana, the office coordinator who helped schedule an inspection. Stephen the technician showed up promptly and gave me 3 different options with pricing on the spot.
Stephen was nice, personable, courteous and very professional. I am really impressed with him. I like how Kahuna personnel interact with me and I would give Solana and Stephen my 5 stars rating.

Kahuna Comfort Plumbing was very responsive and the owner, Juan, really understood what a huge problem I had dealt with on-going from a previous plumber’s poor workmanship. Juan helped to get everything cleaned up and fixed properly and I believe we are all good to go for awhile. They were recommended to me and now I’d recommend them to the next person too!

I didnt.know that the water heater it suposed to be flush at least once a year.well Kahuna Comfort Plumbing & Air send me a tecnician to do that job.and was very good decisión. My water heater tank was very dirt. The Tecnic clean and flush and changed some hoses and balbulas. It was a pleasure to have Stephan perform our tankless water heater flush today. He also addressed some other plumbing questions that we asked about. He was very pleasant, extremely professional and quite knowledgeable. We will certainly not hesitate at all to call here for future plumbing needs.

I found this company on yelp. They called me back in less than 5 minutes and came to my house in less than 15 minutes. Issac thoroughly checked my water softner. But, the price he qouted me was beyond my budget. He gave me some different options, and I told him I would contact the company after discussing with my wife and more search. I appreciate the company's quick response and professional service.

On 01/02/2026 KAHUNA sent out their Technician / Steve. He came out to service my 2020 “NORITZ / E30” which developed a small water leak at the base of the unit. Fortunately, he preordered the necessary part a couple days before the installation, so when he showed up on Friday. He had the unit working perfectly. I also had him Descale my system, since it was over due. He recommended it be done again within the next one to two years. It helps our water runs thru a “ECO WATER” softening system. In closing, Steven was very engaging, polite and very professional. He, from here out, will be my go-to Tech. when it comes to servicing my “NORITZ”.

Alex was able to diagnose the problem quickly & accurately and the next day the technicians returned to install our water heater. The work was done efficiently, quietly and as quickly as possible. The price point for this was more than reasonable.

Rudy came to upgrade my condos old shower to one that’s updated with modern knobs and valves. He was very professional in the quote and the reason I chose this company was the quote was spelled out and no hidden fees.
The process to convert was fine however during this process, it ended up affecting my kitchen water pressure. Was it coincidental? Not sure but it ended up costing more than I expected and the reason given was my pipes were old. Funny they were working fine before the upgrade. In addition the quote I was given for the kitchen sink repair was incorrect (it was for another shower part) and lucky I caught the error.
Overall Rudy is a solid plumber. I think the company could’ve given me a better deal on the kitchen job, but I won’t quibble about the price now. It’s done and my tenant is happy.
Being said that, I will hire them again. There’s plenty of companies out there, but I was satisfied with the results.
