Wow, 5 Stars for Michael Carver!! Michael is so experienced and knowledgeable, and offers incredible customer service. He is patient, kind, professional not to mention our hero as he finally got our salon water heater up and running!

We have had ongoing issues and it was such a breath of fresh air to have Michael in the salon, repeatedly assuring us he would get the heater working again. He was good to his word and we cannot say enough wonderful things about Michael!

Michael stayed in touch with my manager and me all along the way and very clearly described what he found and how he was going to repair the unit. He had the parts on hand, got it done and stayed in the salon until he was 100% sure everything was working properly.

Marc V was very professional and helpful in working to keep the costs down to meet our budget. He delivered on expertise, great service and good communication. We appreciated his thoroughness, patience and consideration.

Javier to service my Next Gen HVAC system. He was very professional and provided an excellent customer service. He went above and beyond. He explained thoroughly what the system needed to keep the longevity of the HVAC. I would definitely request this technician to anyone.

Technician Ethan's service on my Heating System was excellant! He checked the heating unit in the attict thoroughly and changed the air filter. He wore the shoe covers inside the house. When he went up to the attic, he took off the cover off of his shoes, and when he was done and ready to come back dowm from the attic, he put the cober on in order to make sure not to tranfer dust from the attic to the inside of the house. I really appreciated his care and thoughtfulness, thoroughness, and professionalism.

I met up with Todd and received a quote from NexGen for a water softener and filtration system. I also received quotes from two other water companies with comparable systems and excellent online reviews. NexGen's quote, even after the Costco cash back, is about 50% higher than other companies. I informed Todd that I would not be able to sign with him. His response to me is, in exact words, "Kinda new you more about price then quality. Best of luck." Over many years purchasing multiple different systems for my home, I have worked with over 20 vendors in getting quotes. This is the most unprofessional response I've received. I hope the next customer will have a more pleasant experience than I did.

My scheduled bi-annual visit for my HVAC with Javier didn’t surprise me. As usual, very professional, courtesy, knowledgeable. He even took the time to listen to my experience (since installation). Good customer service goes a long way.

This morning we had our HVAC unit serviced by NexGen and was very pleased with the customer service. The technician, Carlos, came to our home and was fantastic! Very kind, respectful and knowledgeable. He called ahead with an ETA, which was extremely helpful to prepare pet.
Upon arrival he introduced himself and got right to work. He was very efficient and made sure to let me know what he was doing. After the service was completed, he explained what he found. Thankfully, it was all good news. He did offer recommendations that will help the longevity of our unit, but no pressure to buy. He emailed the recommended products to discuss. But again, no pressure! To be honest, I was considering cancelling my monthly service plan, but I will now keep it because Carlos did a great job with our unit! It definitely is worth the cost when you get great technician and customer service. Thanks Carlos and hopefully we will have you return to our home for future service!

Javier Gonzalez came on time and went right into servicing our home two AC Units & checking the Furnaces & what are in the attic. He was so thorough in cleaning the two AC units so well using chemical spray & water hose to fully cleaned out dirt from the condensers inside the AC units & took him more than an hour to get both units really clean. Then he tuned them both & dusting off the dust & checked all wires & everything. I was totally satisfied because I was watching Javier doing his job so so well without complaining. He then checked the Thermostats & tested the units. Excellent Service, we could not complain at all.
He then checked the Temp of all the Air Ducts inside the whole house before he went up in the attic to check the two Furnaces & whatever parts in there. Then he came & explained everything that he did & what he knows about our AC System to both me & my wife properly & respectfully answered our many questions.. Javier is very polite & caring. He then checked the Filters before he left. He showed the filters to me to help me to believe that they are new filters. Javier Gonzalez’s honesty & his Faithfulness in doing the Best Service for us seniors fully restores our Trust on NEXGEN & helps us to stay in good Faith with their Company. But we want Javier Gonzalez as our Trusted Technician to provide us with future Service in our home. Thank you NEXGEN for sending us Javier Gonzalez today & for future Service. NexGen to the rescue again.

NexGen is only plumber I use at my home. You call them when you're in need with a problem you can solve and they usually say "hey can we come in the next 2 hours?" There have been times where their appointment availability is better than my availability! NexGen come out swith the A-team every time. NexGen has been at my house a total of 4 times for plumbing and it seems every time the next tech is better than the last.

Most recently, Dylan they're super squad A+ Tech came out and help me with a shower that was completely clogged from the torture my family puts into these drains. Immediately Dylan attacked the problem high powered snaking of the drains like a pro and pulled out a hairball literally the size of a baseball. It was gross, but not only did he clear my drains, he also left my bathroom cleaner than you found it.

Amazing job NexGen, thank you for saving the day once again! You will always be the first call I make.

This company was sent to fix my toilet and his/hers sinks. Three visits later, toilet is fixed, both sinks are still leaking. Same technician who came all three times replaced faucet and sink is STILL leaking! His solution was to turn off our water and to throw away our old faucet (why?). The new faucet does not match the other sink! Talked to Enrique in dispatch and instead of offering to return old faucet, he just told me I should switch vendors with my home warranty. Thanks Kahuna Comfort for the unusable sink and new faucet that looks nothing like my old one! Oh and thanks for throwing away my old faucet so a new technician cannot reattach! You have incompetent workers and poor customer service.

The service was great from start to finsh. Came in checked out what needed to be done, gave quote with job description. Then did job, checked for leaks, cleaned up and gave all tbe paperwork. I'm not the owner, but the owner was sent a video of the work done which I thought was really great. I would recommend Kahuna to friends and family.

Emergency repair. Shower handle wouldn't turn off water. Kahuna sent plumber Jesse. Very friendly and professional. Did a great job swapping out shower handle to single handle. Very happy! Thank you again!!!

We had major plumbing issues at my mother's 60+ year old home. Kahuna plumbing did the repairs. They were very professional and kind workers. They were very informative throughout the process and communicated with us at all points. HomeX installed our brand new AC system and it was a wonderful experience. From the time Tim arrived to give options to the installation crew. Everybody presented themselves professionally and left my home without leaving a mess. The project was completed as planned and as promised.
