I needed help getting an air return vent reinstalled after it fell from my ceiling. Sean came out and was very professional and courteous. He made the necessary repairs and was able to get my return air vent reinstalled safely. It was a pleasure working with Haven Air Conditioning. I would definitely recommend them for any Heating And Air-Conditioning services you need.

Our AC went out last night. Having looked for companies with high ratings, I chose and called Haven this morning. Jake came out to evaluate our system and was every bit as good as every review I’d read—-professional, knowledgeable and thorough! Explained everything in detail and, while our system is fixable we determined it was time to replace vs repair. So, even though no work was done, I would highly recommend him/the company for getting work done! Thank you, Jake

Very happy with my new HVAC system! My furnace and a/c were not working and I decided to Yelp for 5 star companies and came across Haven. Andreas came and explained all the different options for both units which included a heat pump. Long story short I chose Haven and extremely happy with everything. My furnace works great and I will be testing the new a/c soon as the weather is warming up. Ike came today to do a quality inspection and tweaked a few things. Do not hesitate to call, I've already referred coworkers and they also chose to have Haven do their new HVAC system. They have excellent 5 star customer service too.

I was pleased about Jake’s ability to explain how to operate my small ac and thermostat for central one. My ac is so much cooler after service provided by Jake. Very impressed with the work that Jake Juarez did with my HVAC unit. I requested maintenance on my system which is over 10 years old. Jake thoroughly examined my system and explained the system very clearly. He offered 3 different options outlining the benefits of each and gave me expert recommendations on each of the options. He had all the necessary equipment to repair and replace some failing components. And professionally cleaned my motor and coil. I highly recommend Haven and Jake for your HVAC needs!

Jake was informative, professional, and thorough. We received excellent communication from the company prior to our technician's arrival and follow up after the work was done. This is a well-run company and I will definitely use them again.

Our 30+ year old HVAC unit finally died in dramatic, smoking fashion and a neighbor in our condo complex recommended Haven. We reached out to them and had a repair specialist come out to assess the next day. We then went out of town, met with Andreas, one of the owners and system designers for Haven, the day after we got back into town. The very next day we had a new HVAC system installed complete with new ducting. I can confidently say that we have never been as comfortable in our home as we are now.
Haven offered excellent financing and guarantees, and the value for the price tag is really top notch. Their installation team showed up early, worked long hours, and got everything done for a very complex installation all in one day. They cleaned up after themselves and left our home better than they found it. Each member of the Haven team, was polite, respectful, professional, and expert in the work they did.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC or AC services or products.

I can absolutely see why Haven Air Conditioning has such high reviews! Sean came out to service our 45+ year old gas heater in our newly purchased home, that wasn't up to code. He arrived on time and explained what he would be doing made recommendations and got right to work! Sean was able to get us up to code and even made sure to get this 45+ year old heater up and running which was a tremendous relief since our budget was extremely tight. We will definitely be using Haven when we upgrade our system!

Our HVAC unit suddenly stop blowing cold air so we search online for a company to diagnose our unit. From our 1st phone call to request a service, to the diagnostic visit by Sean, until the day Edgar & Ryan came to repair/change our unit - we could say we experienced a TOP NOTCH costumer service from the start to the end of our encounter.

Jake was excellent and exceptionally knowledgeable. He knew just what to do; identified the problem and resolved our issue quickly. Plus Haven was able to schedule us on less than 24 hours notice. Our A/C was back up and running including a complete and thorough checkup in well under 2 hours. I recommend them highly.

I cannot recommend Haven Air Conditioning enough!!! I was gladly and exceptionally impressed by their professionalism and fair prices. I had to replace my 20+ year old HVAC system and Haven provided with a replacement that so far has exceeded expectations. Andreas provided all the information I needed to make a sound decision and Hector, Edgard and Ryan went above and beyond during installation and testing of the new system. Everything about my experience with this family-run company was professional and positive. I could not have asked for a better experience and I could not be happier with my new furnace. Sean was the best! So nice and he explained things to me so that I would understand. He even drew me a picture so that I would understand what he was looking for. He was very honest and willing to do the work. Will be calling for all my AC needs from now on!

Andreas is by far the most knowledgeable and personable technician I have seen. I am going to replace my entire system. Andreas took his time and thoroughly explained all of my options. I am quite technical myself and we were speaking pretty much the same language. I actually have an appointment to see him over the next few days in person at the Anaheim showroom to look at some of this equipment in person. I will share my thoughts further after my meeting with him in person at the showroom. I have not decided which HVAC company to use, but I am leaning more and more towards Haven. And this decision is based solely on my interactions with Andreas.

This is a follow-up To my review.

After an exhaustive search of the reputable HVAC companies in my area, I decided to go with Haven air.

Dealing directly with Andreas Played a huge part in my decision. As mentioned earlier, his expertise and honesty really shows through. Keep in mind, A complete HVAC system is not a small investment. It may well be the biggest single investment you make in your house. So it is not to be taken lightly. It is not cheap so please do your homework, and if you do your homework, I’m sure you will come to the same conclusion as I. The system that I opted for is a 5 ton Lennox with the matching 5 ton gas furnace inside my house. This system along with the S 40 thermostat is a fully communicating variable speed system. I have more cooling and heating capacity than I will ever need again in my house. It is absolutely whisper quiet. The installation was done so professionally. I cannot speak highly enough about their installation team.

I am a real hands-on homeowner. So I was watching the installation from start to finish from all angles at all times. I was literally on the roof with the technicians as they finished the installation of my new 4 inch double walled exhaust for my furnace. I just wanted to be sure that everything was done to my very high standards. Believe me, I was not disappointed.

In closing I would just like to reiterate the complete satisfaction I feel towards Haven air and my brand new 5 ton Lennox HVAC unit

We chose this company based on referrals from my coworkers. I was incredibly impressed by Haven’s communication, professionalism and fair price point.
Our advisor was Andres and he took his time (2+ hrs) to explain everything in detail with what we needed. This included drawing everything out, pricing everything and explaining what we needed for our house.

When the workers arrived, they took care in our house (wore booties, laid out work carpets so they didn’t dirty our carpets, and vacuumed everything after they were done). These may seem tiny things but made a world of difference.
