Haven has been my go-to HVAC service for years and for good reason. Cody here, was in and out of my condo in record time, and fixed every issue I had. I'd give anything for a dozen more contractors like him

Cody was wonderful and very helpful. I would highly recommend him to any needing help with there heater/air systems i had a malfunction with my heating system where it needed to be replaced and they were very helpful in getting me a new furnace very quickly and install was very clean.

Sean came out to install our new thermostat and to do a system checkup. He was excellent. He took his time to explain the process and what was needed to update the system without being pushy.

In the summer of 2022, I had the AC condenser replaced through a handyman, but unfortunately, the system still didn’t work properly. I contacted several HVAC companies for a full replacement, and that’s when Andreas, the founder of HAVEN, came by to assess the situation.

He took the time to explain everything clearly and provided a quote on the spot, which I really appreciated. What stood out most to me was the financing option they offered—it made the decision much easier.

After signing the contract, the installation went smoothly. However, the thermostat didn’t initially show the option to switch between the dual heating system (gas and heat pump). A few days later, a supervisor came out in person and fixed the issue. Throughout the whole process, Andreas was responsive and reassuring, always quick to answer my calls and emails.

Now that everything is working perfectly, I’m just so happy to finally enjoy a cool, comfortable summer. I’m very satisfied with the overall experience and would definitely recommend HAVEN to anyone considering an HVAC upgrade!

Integrity, Honesty, and Knowledgeable! Cody is top notch and super smart. It seems rare to find quality work at an affordable price anymore, but Haven offers that. We wanted a 2nd opinion on our AC Heating unit by the beach, so my husband found Haven online. The first company seemed nice, but they didn’t give any details why we needed a new system, and it just felt like a standard sales pitch. Cody showed up, addressed our concerns, said they would service our unit for free (promo), and even though the systems old, he said no need to replace it if it’s working well. Then when he inspected it, he found and showed us where the leaks were and incompatible parts that were installed by prior company, causing our unit to freeze up. Still, no pressure to replace, just gave us the data and options. Haven and Cody have found a customer for life in us, and we will certainly tell all our friend and neighbors. Ask for Cody!

This experience was for my in-laws' home, and since they don't use Yelp or google, I did not either, but Because of this positive experience, I decided to finally post a review, this has been long overdue. I wanted to share it on their behalf , I have been assisting them. I wanted to comment on the experience so far with Haven Air, a wonderful woman owned business.

Donna from customer service has been excellent very professional, responsive, and clear with communication. Let me tell you, the customer service experience when you are on the phone is something special. She kept us informed every step of the way, which was truly appreciated.

Jake Henry, the technician, was also fantastic, sweet, informative, and very professional. My Mother In Law Is in Love with him! He took the time to explain everything clearly and explained everything in easy english terms, heheh, made the experience feel comfortable and stress free. no sales pressure at all and presented different options, My In Laws are elderly and with NO patience, and Jake Henry took the time to explain everything 5x (Really thank you!!)

I recently bought a condo and wanted to get the HVAC system checked out and tuned up. I called Haven because they were the installers, according to the sticker on the unit.

I am 100% glad that I did. They sent out Jake, who was professional, personable and knowledgeable. He addressed any questions I had about the system, telling me that he wanted homeowners to understand what they have and how it operates.

Haven offers a subscription program that provides regular maintenance and other benefits. I signed up for it, and yesterday was my follow up visit. I was happy to see they sent Jake again. Once again, he explained everything clearly and performed the necessary system maintenance. As follow up to a question I had on the thermostat, he discovered that the power supply to the furnace was missing a ground pin, and he took care of that potentially hazardous situation.

Scheduling is easy; they even proactively reached out to me to schedule the recent appointment when it was time. I haven’t dealt with technicians other than Jake, but he’s a great ambassador for the company.

I’ve been extremely happy with the system they originally installed and especially with the peace of mind they provide with their great ongoing maintenance. I recommend Haven wholeheartedly.

We had Concept install a unit at our church (Huntington Beach Community Church). Right away we were concerned that they may have undersized the unit but they insisted it was a duct issue and they would return in the spring to resolve it. We've never been able to reach them since.
