My AC was starting to break down. I contacted them at like 5:30pm on a Friday during the Labor Day weekend but they were still responsive. I didn't expect anything, but I wanted to get the process started so I'm not without AC for too long. Jasmine picked up my call and then corresponded with me over text and got everything she needed to get things rolling. She tried to get someone out on short notice, but it was the holiday weekend and I was going out of town.

We got an appointment for next week scheduled and Cameron came out to the house. He was super helpful, nice, professional, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem, did some cleaning, told me about looming problems that could arise in the future. He gave me some options and went in with his fix.

Payment was reasonable and fell with the range ChatGPT suggested so I felt pretty good about everything. Great customer service and great responsiveness. I'll definitely be doing business with them again next time for anything AC related.

What a wonderful company! We had Christian and Jim come out to take a look at our system. They were both absolutely amazing and very professional. During the inspection they discovered a gas leak and stopped it, which I am very grateful for. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quote.

I had this company install my entire HVAC system and they did a good job with that. They reached out to me about getting my system inspected and serviced, which I had on my to do list but kept putting off. I reached out to get the service and ended up signing up for the maintenance contract so I stay on top of the service from here on out. Since I signed up for the contract I didn’t have to pay for today’s service, I just paid for the contract. Tim Tran came out to conduct the service and was friendly and informative. I highly recommend this company for any HVAC needs. I haven’t used them for my plumbing needs but if the need arises, I intend to reach out to them.

Christian, Anthony and Alfonso came by to tune up my AC/furnace and flush out the water heater and they did a thorough job explaining the process and providing information. All 3 were very kind and patient. Highly recommend

I recently had my ducting and other items upgraded by SANO and was a great experience. Daron was great initially with looking at my system giving a quote explanation and was sincere throughout the whole process. Never felt like I was pressured or being over sold about anything. The installers Noel and Jacob were great as well. They were clean down to earth and courteous and appreciate their attention to detail. We really appreciated them taking care of my home.

After meeting with Anthony from Sano, we were confident that we were dealing with an honest and reputable company with very knowledgeable representatives, and we were given a very reasonable estimate for replacing our central a/c system. So, though we'd talked with other companies, we decided to go with Sano. The very next morning, Noel, Jacob, and Tyler showed up with our new system. They were friendly and respectful, and they really knew their stuff. They worked carefully and efficiently, and by the end of the afternoon, our 86-degree home was a comfortable 70 degrees again. We want to send out a huge thank you to Anthony, Noel, Jacob, and Tyler. They did a stellar job, made the project a pleasant experience, and we're extremely pleased with the result. To my mind, the outstanding quality of Sano's personnel speaks volumes about their company's leadership, and I can't recommend the folks at Sano highly enough.

Sano is absolutely the best! Don’t waste your time calling anyone else. After another company came to our house and said our pressure switches were bad we called Patrick at Sano and he sent over one of his guys within the hour. Sam showed up and confirmed the pressure switches were fine and didn’t need to be replaced. Sam ended up doing a full maintenance package on our furnace at no charge!!! I’m still blown away. In the end the problem was our two filters needed to be changed. Problem solved!!! If I could give Sano 10 stars I would!

Jacob came out to flush our water heater and detected low water pressure coming into the house. He’s going to install a new pressure regulator and replace some piping on the water heater to ensure the best performance. Great customer service.
Update: Jacob came back out this morning at 7:20 and replaced the regulator. Within 30 minutes, our water pressure went from 35psi to 70psi. What a difference. Thanks Jacob and Sano.

Ryan B from Sano came out and took care of us! He went above and beyond during the diagnostic, explaining everything he was doing and why. He went above and beyond during our repair. He replaced the broken part of course and even a degraded cast iron pipe further up. I trust Ryan and Sano: he is honest and fair. Ryan is even following up on some extra clean up that occurred during the service. Thank you Ryan and Sano!

We had a small leak in our furnace and found Sano Plumbing in YELP. Tim and Randi came to inspect the leak within 24 hours and identified the issue. Alfonso arrived with a further 24 hours to replace the damaged parts. All three of these gentleman were professional, courteous and knowledgeable! I would not hesitate to contact them again. In fact, I will be contacting them to perform a preventative maintenance of our main water line within the next 30 days. I highly recommend Sano! Thank you.

I want to give a huge shout out to the service I recently received from Jim who came to work on my heating systems maintenance. Jim was extremely thorough in inspecting the health of the units, rectifying any problems, and explaining everything to me that he did. He was professional, honest, and respectful. I will be asking for Jim as my technician for my next service with Sano.
