We had some trouble with our new thermostat installation, Nest, and Jose helped figure out the issue very fast in our attic. He took care of the installation from there. Very professional, friendly, and fast guy. Would definitely call him again if needed.

Responsive and efficient work. Did their best to diagnose the problem and focus on the most cost efficient fix before upselling me something I might not need. I'll continue to work and recommend if anything comes up in the future.

This company was professional and prompt from the initial quote through installation. I was quoted the best price for our new ac system and sceduled quickly for the installation. The crew showed up on time , wore masks to keep my immune compromised child safe, protected my woof floors, and cleaned up. I can not say enough of how satisfied I am with the entire experience. Pedro & his crew were wonderful. We had our A/C replaced, 2 water heaters replaced & an A/C unit installed in an add on room. Along with a new heating system. Pedro & his team went out of our way to make us comfortable. Especially after having bad experience with past contractors. We highly recommend Next Level Heating and Cooling, they were fast but efficient, very professional, completely cleaned up as they worked and were friendly & courteous. Found them on Yelp. Had an appointment scheduled for the next day. Notified me that they could come a day earlier, which worked even better. Jose came and looked at my outdoor AC unit, my indoor attic unit, my vents, and my thermostat. Broke down what the problems were, gave me an extremely fair and great price, and got to work. He had all the parts in the van so that was even better! An hour later and my AC is cooling once again! I would not hesitate on recommending them for all AC needs. After a misunderstanding about the time for their initial visit, Jose came out himself to check out my heater issue. He was right on time and was super respectful. He was honest about the issue and although he got my heater to work (temporarily), he would not accept payment because he said he "didn't really do anything". He spent an hour on my roof, accessing the situation and trying everything to get it to work.

Firstly, I need to say that I am always of the mind that I will pay extra for good customer service; however, in this case, I didn't have to. Good customer service and satisfaction are in the fabric of this company. From Jose (My "Go-to-Guy") to the finance people, and even the follow-up folks - EVERYONE was helpful and kind. Jose explained all the prices and products clearly to me and was willing to work with me to get the heat I needed in my home. Asbestos ducts - gone! Cold nights - gone! Broken furnace - gone! After years of neglected, I need a tuneup for my AC and I found Next Level Heating & Cooling company on Google.
They return my texts and calls quickly, and MAX, the technician showed up the very next day. He is polite, and cheerful. Max quickly went to work. While cleaning and checking my AC, he explained clearly what condition of my AC was and what I should do to keep it running. His explanations just like music to my ears such as your AC is still pretty good, very cool, it just needs a bit of TLC and it's good to go. The best part was the $79 FLAT RATE bill that they quoted me. No more no less.

After messaging a different company through Yelp, I received a response to my inquiry from Next Level Heating and Cooling. Jose was quick to respond to my initial request for a service/repair estimate and provided a fair price range based on the information I gave him over the phone. He was able to get my A/C unit fixed really fast and still took the time to answer my questions and give me good tips as to maintaining my unit going forward. I contacted several other companies and I can say the prices here are very competitive and the service is excellent. I am very impressed by his professionalism and will definitely be recommending him to family and friends.

Excellent service, I was able to book a next day appointment even when my request was late in the evening. This company is excellent to work with. They immediately scheduled a technician who showed up within 2 hours of making the service call when it is hard to find an air conditioning company to schedule an appoint in this hot weather. Mark was very honest, knowledgeable, presentable and professional . He immediately diagnosed the problem and got the AC unit working.
