Joey was fantastic in helping with troubleshooting for our current HVAC system. Additionally, he also took the time to carefully prepare a solution for us when we need to transition to a new system.

I’m having an AC issue. I called Alps because my sister and my niece have both used this company for repair work. Alfred came out today and gave me an honest opinion on my 33 year old furnace and my 18 year old AC unit. I appreciated his honesty and not trying to sell me something I did not need. I did schedule an estimate for a new system. He explained that new AC systems are changing refrigerants, and refilling my old R22 wasn’t worth cost since I probably have a leak.

Used Alps air conditioning heating for the first time recommended by my next door neighbor a gentleman by the name of Al Puig showed up to my house early very knowledgeable was able to fix the problem and had the part on site also Al has great stories looking forward to using and seeing them again

I was able to get my a/c repaired the same day. I submitted an online request for a repair and I got a call less than an hour later. They were able to accommodate an inspection the same day since they had an open spot. Got very good service and advice from Alfred, a very professional, knowledgeable and experienced technician. He explained how to take care of the a/c equipment and performed the repair right away. He also checked the ducts and filters, and he helped to replace one of the filters since I had a new one in the garage. Hope I won’t be in need for a repair again or replace the equipment soon; but if I need to, I will call them again.

The technician did an excellent job serving my heating and air conditioning units. I would highly recommend Alp and your technician.

Technician Mario was very thorough. He explained clearly the problems. Suggested options that could, should be done. The cost, and time needed to repair or replace the AC unit. Alps Heating & Air Conditioning was referred by family members. And we really appreciated Mario times & his honesty. Highly recommend this company

My family had suffered many hot summer days relying on window air-conditioners for years so I decided to upgrade our home with a ductless air-conditioning system. I had several quotes from different companies but waited days for them to give me the final cost. Allen Puig showed up, inspected my house, sat down with me and in 30 minutes I had the total cost with several rebates. I was sold but needed to discuss my decision with my wife. We are now the very happy owners of a Fujitsu multi port ductless heating/cooling system. The installation crew showed up on time and went right to work. The installation only took two days to complete and they were a great bunch of guys. I would recommend Alps Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone in the market for a new comfort system to add to their home or business.

Tried Alps for routine maintenance on our mini-split system, after being dissatisfied with the overall service from a competitor I'd used for a couple years. The Alps technician was on time, thorough, knowledgeable, explained what/why he was doing, and the results. He also quoted and explained one additional recommendation for service but left it at that, as a recommendation for me to evaluate on my time. Whereas other companies I've worked with try to lock you in to additional work right then and there. So, a good customer experience all around, I will definitely be using Alps again.

Excellent service! I called Alps when my HVAC stopped working the previous night and they sent a technician out the same day. The tech called me and explained what was happening and got everything fixed in the same service call.

Al and his team are wonderful. They are professional, arrive on time, work hard and fast. They kept everything clean and disposed of all discarded items. This is the second home I have used Alps to completely replace systems and I highly recommend them.

Mario and the ALPS team did a great job. Specifically, they came to fix the issue within 24 hours of my calling them, arrived even sooner than expected and fixed the problem for a very reasonable price within an hour. I highly recommend them.

David was great and took cate of the furnace maintenance while chatting. 4 stars because he could t do the AC because of the rain. I will reschedule and hope he is assigned then too.

We have been with Alps for some time now and have consistently had very good experiences. These guys are very professional and very customer friendly. They are quick to respond, on time, and let you know what’s going on all the time. Let me add all employees I have met or talked to are very courteous and focused on the customer. I would easily recommend these folks to anyone.

The technician was outstanding. Five stars for him. He was professionally, informative, and helpful as he explained the issues. The salesman and the woman that kept calling, they are the reason for the lower rating. Nothing was as it was explained. Not good.

Air Conditioning failed during out recent heat wave. ALPS responded the same day I made my service request and following their arrival, had the house beginning to cool down within the hour. The personable ALPS technician was able to diagnose and resolve the issue quickly and the service call charges were well below what I expected. ALPS has serviced my air conditioning and furnace previously and I’ve always been pleased with the quality of their service and the associated cost.

My system stopped working while my daughter was watching our house while my wife and I were out of town. We called Alps air to come out and look at the system because they installed it four months earlier. They sent out Alexis who was very good. It turned out to be our thermostat which wasn’t programmed correctly originally on the installation of our new system. Very easy fix.Alexis did a great job.

Our Alps technician just left after completing our HVAC system’s inspection. Alonzo did a thorough inspection and review of our system usage. We have had no problems with our HVAC and appreciate the inspection and maintenance as needed.

Let me start with a little back story, we noticed that our a/c wasn't constantly cooling, but it was still working. We called to schedule an appointment, we were told that the next available appointment was a week and a day later. A couple of days before the appointment we received a call to see if we could reschedule the appointment, by this time the unit was really acting up, so we told them that we need for them to come out as scheduled. They told us that the tech would be there between 12:00 - 2:00. On the day the tech was to arrive we received a call at 10:00 am letting us know that he would be delayed and will be there between 2:00 - 4:00. When 4:00 came and went, I was afraid no one was going to come. Around 5:00, Alonso appeared at our door apologizing for being late, he did a complete assessment of our unit. He was so professional and friendly. He explained and showed my husband what he found and what he was going to do to get our unit running. We didn't realize that we had not had our unit serviced since Alps installed the unit, which was five years ago. He suggested that we sign up for a twice a year service agreement. He said that way we wouldn't have to remember to schedule an appointment. He said that he would send us the information to look over, he sent the information over the same day. We were so happy and thankful that we picked such a reputable company to do business with. Oh, by the way this is the second unit that Alps installed, the first unit was installed 15 - 20 years prior to this installation.
