My A/C shut down on one of the hottest days of summer. Associated's technician, Victor, showed up the next day, on time, and proceeded to troubleshoot the problem. It was a leaking coil, and Victor offered me several options; I chose to replace the entire system.
Julian Torres and Jesus Barerra showed up early the next day and proceeded with the removal of the old system. They took care to put on booties over their boots whenever they entered the house, and they were careful to put down drop cloths wherever they would be working.
They were both delightful and professional, keeping me up to date with their progress throughout the day. They worked right through the day and only stopped for the donuts and drinks we offered them. They finished up the job, and my house was restored to a very comfortable temperature in no time at all. I love this Lennox air conditioner it's quiet and efficient.
It is evident that the owner cares about customer service and training his employees. he should be very proud of his operation.

I got lucky and won the raffle at Taste of YL. They called me to let me know so we set up an appointment for my complimentary maintenance right away. The tech came out, she was very professional and provided great service. She made a few suggestions and gave me estimates. I plan on getting the membership to keep my AC unit well maintained. I highly recommend them, I got a good vibe from them, the rep was very courteous and informative.

Every member of the team From sales to booking and the technician were top-of-the-line excellent. Victor was on time, professional and explained every thing about maintenance and future possible repairs. I will absolutely do business with this company as needed in the future.

Amazing service. Lam Tran was my technician. I really can’t thank him enough. Our AC unit was recently reinstalled but something malfunctioned and it stopped working. Lam has to be the most honest HVAC technician. He found a blown fuse and switched the incorrect settings on our Nest thermostat to match the correct wiring for the heat pump system and it solved the issue. Easy fix, no big repairs. I got his number and will be recommending him to everyone I know for their HVAC work. Thank you so much Lam.

The tech told me about smart thermostat, I was apprehensive at first. The tech did not push the purchase on me, he told me more about the product without pressure (My education and career was in Sales Management),He let me get to the point where I did want the product. Once installed he walked me through the set up and operation. It has only been about 7 hours after it was installed, and I am very happy I made the purchase. No buyers remorse.

Thank you Associated Heating & Air for a 5 star experience with our recent HVAC replacement. I got to know them through Costco service. Our contract technician was Lam Tran. He was very nice, informative & personable. He would go out of his way to try to match the cost of other places for you. It’s hard to beat Costco cash back & Costco warranty. Then I had Mathew M & Mario as tech for the installation. They both are very friendly, hard-working, and attentive. They worked until late to get the job done. If I could give them 6 stars I would. Citalli Soria was the technician who came by our home. She was very thorough and engaging. Great personality, I would want her to work on our system anytime.

Their rep approached me at our local Costco ((Mr. Omar) who was a very nice man and polite. Decided to do a diagnostic test of my HVAC system. He booked me with an appointment on the same day. Their Tech showed up on time (Mr. Victor) who conducted a diagnostic test using latest gadget I never seen before. He was very professional and identified couple of issue with the system and explained their approach in stages and estimated cost for each stage.

CeCe was wonderful. She really knows her stuff. Explained everything to me, made sure to tell me about things I had to look out for. She cleaned up everything in my heater cabinet so neatly. Did little extras too. If you want a good examination of your System asked for CeCe. She’s very knowledgeable, Friendly and so easy to talk to. It was actually a fun visit.. Couldn’t be more pleased with the work she did. Will definitely request her for next visit.

We are extremely happy with our service. Lam did an excellent job getting our air conditioning system working properly. He was very knowledgeable about the system and worked quickly, efficiently and neatly. He even found ways to save us money. We are thrilled with the results.

Associated replaced a 17 year AC in my condo. Started and finished in one day. The installers, Leo and Jesus, were very professional and very qualified. I've been in the piping and plumbing industry for 50 years+. They provided quality parts and expert installation.

We have a maintenance plan with Assisted Heating and it works great. They remind you when it is time for a maintenance. Victor Salazar was very timely, professional, knowledgeable, and nice.

Associated installed my heating and A/C in December of 2024. everthing is working as it should. On Dec. 8 of 2025, Victor came for a complimentary one year inspection. He was very polite and did a thorough inspection. Everything is good.

Leonardo and his associates, Diego and Jimmy, know their trade very well. Our new Lenox furnace and air purifier are excellent, and we are very happy with our new duct work. The furnace is quiet and our home heats more evenly. We are very pleased with the entire purchase and experience with Associated Heating beginning with our meeting with Leslie Urak. She's quite an asset to your company.

Another company told us our whole HVAC system needed to be replaced, which would’ve cost thousands. Something didn’t feel right, so we called Associated for a second opinion. Their tech took the time to really check everything and found the actual issue — a bad thermostat. They fixed it on the spot and got the system running perfectly again. It’s rare to find that kind of honesty and thoroughness these days. I’m really grateful we called them.

On Nov. 18,2025 Your associate LAM check my heating and air conditioner. Mr Lam was very thorough and cleaned everything.
He also informed me about some problems I might have in the future. I have received this information and at the present time I will have to wait because of the price.
