Associated Heating and Air is an OUTSTANDING company! The entire staff from start to finish were personable and professional. The appointment representative was very nice. Leslie, another representative showed up the same day and was just as nice and very knowledgeable. We had a new Air conditioner/Heating Unit installed and duct work replaced. The two person crew were professional, and clean. We even had cool air from the new unit after the first day! During the install, David (Service Manager) stopped by to ensure our needs were being met and the owner, Dominic stopped by at the conclusion of the job to ensure we were pleased with the job! What a class act! The job was finished ahead of schedule and we are very pleased with the results. Don’t hesitate to call Associated for A/C needs.

We've been using Associated Heating & Air Inc. for several years for our HVAC maintenance. The workers who had come to our house were always very polite, cleans their mess afterwards, and talks to us regarding recommendations after their work is done. They were never pushy with their recommendations which I like. They've installed our new HVAC system and after talking to several people, I believe their prices are fair and reasonable.

He diagnosed the issue with our HVAC system with impressive speed and then took the time to explain everything to me in clear, easy-to-understand terms—no confusing technical jargon. I really appreciate that he showed me exactly what was wrong and transparently laid out all the options for the repair, allowing me to make an informed decision without any pressure.

Associated Heating was able to send out a tech promptly. The technician, Citlali Soria, was professional and courteous, and more importantly she was able to diagnose my problem and fix it immediately. I would highly recommend the services of Associated Heating & Air.

Had Assoc. out to fix our AC unit that was popping the circuit breaker. Installed a Compressor Saver that mitigates the current surge with a gradual current increase. System modification worked great. Also asked Victor to look at weak airflow out of a particular register. Found the duct kinked - adjusted the duct now plenty of airflow. Couldn’t be happier with the work….outstanding.

Victor came out to do maintenance on our AC system. He was the epitome of superior service: timely and professional, knowledgeable, thorough and patient when explaining what was most needed and recommended. No “sales-like” pressure to upgrade or add on, just an honest assessment with options. Great communicator.

Matthew Meadows and Mario Lopez both very knowledgeable about their trade and are outstanding techs I would definitely recommend them They know how to get to it and get it done. 4 days from Leslie doing estimates on Saturday and signing contract for a full change out to finishing job on Tuesday. I had a new Lennox HVAC central air purchased at Costco and installed by Associated Heating and Air last year. Two free maintenance was part of the contract. Today the first maintenance was done by their excellent representative Aracely. She performed the work professionally, using tools, inspecting, checking freon levels, and cleaning every details making sure the parts are working well spending an hour then explaining to me the results and her recommendation. I have never expected it to be this extensive and how detailed the work is. I previously hired an HVAC company before to do maintenance work for $ 85.00 and he just opened a panel, and not even reinstalling it appropriately leaving some screws on the floor, spent 15 minutes, no cleaning, all he had was a screw driver with him. I asked Aracely to come back and do the second maintenance, unfortunately she and her husband are relocating out of state. I wished her and her family the best and to continue to spread her knowledge and kindness to other clients she encounter.

I can’t recommend a better company for a new Lennox air conditioner, furnace and air ducts. The company representative Leslie Urak and the installers Matthew Meadows and Mario, were knowledgeable, professional and personable. Their combined practical understanding of the system and explanations on various aspects was superb! Their invoice of services to be performed was clearly listed and very detailed. The installation from beginning to end was done in 2 1/2 days, including asbestos abatement. Purchasing a new system can be daunting, but they made it easy. For a company you can trust, choose Associated Heating and Air, Inc!

The installation team: Leo, Julian and Jesus were the best. They were well-organized, knowledgeable of the job, polite, careful and considering. Leo took time to explaining the details to me throughout the day whenever I asked. At the end, they cleaned up, even vacuumed my house! I totally trust Costco’s contracting partners. They always hire the best technicians and use the best products. Never disappointed!

Associated Heating and Air replaced our old unit with a new Heating and a/c unit. They recently came and did a warranty check, and fixed a noise issue to our Heating unit, and did a complete check on everything. We were not charged at all for the service as it was covered under the warranty. We are extremely happy with the service we received!

Excellent service! Arrived on time and everine was extremely nice and polite. Left the house very clean and took away the old unit. Very satisfied and would highly recommend Associated Heating and Air.

Oscar and David did very good service. They checked everything thoroughly and informed me all details of their work. Oscar went extra mile to clean the dirt marks on walls left from previous work. I appreciate that. I definitely recommend this company and will continue to use their services.

I have always valued the quality service provided to me by the AHA Representative, Lam Tran, He proved to be true to form once again today. He came to provide Routine service on my current HVAC system. But I made him aware that I was interested in purchasing a new HVAC system next year when AHA usually periodically offers discounted equipment through a collaboration with Costco. He made me aware that there was currently an ongoing sale that was the best that AHA would be offering. Lam was very patient and thorough in going through all of the details so that I would be assured that all of my needs and requirements would be addressed. Lam also made sure that we began the process of providing me with the new HVAC in an expedient manner arranging to have all of the service people and equipment at my house the next day so that they could be done with the entire process in a couple of days. I was very impressed with his service and recommend him highly to anyone else who Is interested in going forward with purchasing an HVAC system. You wouldn’t be in better hands than with Lam. With his considered experience, I was able to go through what could’ve been a very complicated transaction in a much more effective manner.

Citlalli arrived for basic maintenance and service of the furnace and ac unit. She outlined everything that was to be done including getting in the attic to check the air ducts. She went over her work thoroughly, and also showed me pics of the ducts in the attic and where air was escaping into the attic likely due to poor sealing at a few of the connections. She provided an estimate and though I wasn’t ready to act on that, it was much appreciated. In summary, I was impressed with her knowledge and professionalism.

Great service from Aracely at Allied Heating. She was early to the appointment, got straight to work, and explained options to make sure I get the best use out do the system for years to come. As an added bonus, she troubleshot a small challenge I have had with the system and was very thorough in identifying and resolving it. Just like the installation and sales team, she was 10 out of 10 great too! Thanks for being such a great company.

Would have loved to give 5 stars, buuuutt there was a blemish. The Tech C C was 1000000000% a great face for your company. Excellent work. My issue is the amount of time to get the replacement part. Other than that I am cool (ok) with the heat.

We have been very happy with Lâm Trần for the last two years. He comes and does the service every six months. He knows and explains everything thoroughly. He's a nice, courteous person. I am looking forward to his service in the next coming services.
