Called and got same day service. The technician arrived in the window that I was given and diagnosed the issue quickly. No additional costs other than the charge for the visit. Great company that I will surely use in the future.
Forgot to ask for a business card but with the internet I guess that is not a big deal. Thanks so much.

Prompt service - Tech spent requisite amount of time to diagnose and repair. for the basic service charge - Informed me when making the appt. that if I needed parts, I didn't, they would be under warranty. I wouldn't have known that. Fair price. Recommended.

I made and appointment on 4/21/22 from 10-12pm, I made the appointment a week ahead. Technician never showed up. I called at 11am and they told me the technician was stuck on another job. I understand things happen, so I waited until 12- 12:30pm and no calls
From the office. So I called at 1pm and the office told me that the technician was at lunch and the the original technical had to go home. I don’t know what kind of business they have, but you always have to keep the customer inform. I will never do business with company anymore

If you're in my situation or want quality work & HVAC system.
    *************UPDATE 7-25-24 at bottom*****************
I became a customer with Cooper H&A, in Dec, 2000. Tom is the Owner and since installation, my Carrier equipment has operated smoothly, with zero issues. June, 2024, my forced air furnace inducer motor decided to stop spinning. I'd probably stop spinning too, after almost 24yrs. Considering all the working parts, the average life of an HVAC system from 2000, might be 15-20yrs. However, my Carrier system has gone above & beyond that and done extremely well compared to other brands.

Now, as a result of non working part, I'm beginning a new job with Cooper next week. Now, due to found rodent activity in the ductwork and hoping it's not a *Pet Sematary* (Cemetary:) I now need to play contractor and coordinate the work of 2 companies. HVAC and Attic Insulation w/rodent proofing. For attic insulation they come in to remove insulation, do rodent proofing and in 2 weeks make sure no new rodent activity, then lay new insulation and they're done.

For Cooper, they are the company being inconvenienced as they'd normally come in 1 day and finish the next day. This time that isn't possible. This is when you find out the level of customer service and orientation of a company. Cooper is reflectiing their professionalism in a significant way by coordinating their work around another company, at my request. They now need to reschedule their crew, which allows me, the customer, to take care of another problem, completely unrelated to HVAC work.

To those who have left unflattering reviews, I do get it. We all like and want to be treated as if we are the only customer. I owned and operated 2 flower shops back in the 80s, so I've been on both sides of the counter, and believe me, I had a few customers who complained about EVERYTHING. Plus, when your business is working with perishables, complainers cost a business $$$$. These are usually the spoiled brats who grew up to become entitled adults. As a business owner there are people who don't give a damn how nice you are, they're going to create a reason to leave a negative comment, make it all about themself & then continue in life to piss & moan all the way to Forest Lawn---sad.

Once my job is completed I will be leaving a followup review about the work. I've found Tom, the owner, to always be accomodating, even back when my HVAC was originally installed. He always reflects a professional, yet friendly, demeanor.

Please check back mid Aug. with the followup on completed job. Appreciate you taking time to read and please give a thumbs up. It's more for the business, than the reviewer.

    Thanks!! You Earn Respect

    ***************UPDATE 7-25-24*****************
Today Cooper team Danny & Gabe came to the house and removed ductwork and arriving on time. They first protected my wood floor and immediately began removal of all ductwork. They were professional, worked efficiently and cleaned up. When I asked questions, each communicated specifics about the job, which I found to be very helpful. I have 9 vents in a very tight attic and they were able to remove everything in about 2hrs. They will return for completion once our insulation and rodent proofing is complete. Tom, the owner, has been extremely flexible with this scheduling and I highly recommend Cooper for your heating & air conditioning needs. Final update follows completion.

On a Semi Annual Heating & Air Conditioning Check Up (pre-paid Service Contract with Andrew D Cooper Heating and Air Conditioning), the Service Tech removed the Capacitor from the Air Conditioning Compressor (a one minute process). The Tech advised me that the Capacitor was not at full power and should be replaced. I okayed the replacement and was told that they would bill me for the new part. I received the bill the following week. I was billed $286 for the new Capacitor. Thinking that this seemed to be a ridiculously high price, I researched pricing for the exact same Capacitor and found that the Retail Price was $21.95. That equates to a 1300 % price markup over Retail Pricing. After calling the company to find out why they were Ripping Me Off, they hung up on me. As a Retired Senior Citizen I suspect that they thought I would just pay their Rip Off Price. Beware of this company’s integrity (or lack thereof).
Sounds like an issue that the California Department of Consumer Affairs would be interested in.

Called them out to get a quote for a new system. They sent the quote a few days later. I sent several follow-up emails asking for more details, but they never responded. I finally tried calling. The person who answered took a message, but they never called me back.

We just had our air conditioning system put in as spring is arriving, and it is making all the difference. They did a great job and it's making a big difference in our home.

We had a furnace that was constantly turning on and off, causing discomfort. It now runs better and stays warm consistently. It's a more consistent and comfortable house now.

Should furnace maintenance pre-season be and was worth it. The technician cleaned everything and checked for issues. Now it is more efficient and better-sounding. It also gives me a good feeling that all is fine and prepared to the colder days ahead.

I’ve had a few AC repairs over the years, but this guy really stood out—super detailed and made sure I understood what was going wrong. He even broke down the technical stuff in a way that made sense. And best of all, it didn’t break the bank. Thanks a lot!

The technician quickly and accurately assessed the problem and fixed it completely within an hour. I didn't mistakenly choose Davis Heating and Air. He's the one and the only technician who perfectly fixed my ac that was not cooling. The problem was identified quickly and it was solved within an hour. It was a nice job. I have no doubt where I will be calling the next time.

They're highly trained and receptive! The technician did a thorough inspection of our furnace that was not blowing and was able to repair it in less than an hour, he also cleaned some parts of it and concluded that it was working and did not need to be replaced at that time. The fee for the repair was also very reasonable. I'm certainly going to recommend Davis Heating and Air to others!

I shall always be grateful for your repair services. Your company was highly efficient and timely in fixing our furnace that would turn on and off numerous times. The technician performed the job very carefully and professionally. My friends will definitely recommend you.

This business provided top-notch service! They had someone at my location the same day I called for air conditioner repair. I received prompt answers to questions I asked and a thorough explanation of the process from their technician. His timeliness and attention to detail were very impressive.

Central furnace replacement was done carefully, the old unit was removed safely, the new one installed, and the system tested for efficiency

I just had to have an AC system fitted and chose this firm on my brother's very positive recommendation. They rang me straight away and were keen to start the job as soon as possible. The installer arrived on time, showing wonderful concentration, and finished the fitting tidily and quickly. His very high work ethic was a complete standout!

Solved our furnace making noise repair. The technician identified a loose belt. Now it is whisper quiet. Really intelligent and effective work. Very pleased.

would definitely recommend Richard and his whole crew, they're the best. Richard not only does great work but he is honest and will do whatever it takes to make sure you are a satisfied customer!!!!!! I reach out to him for my rental in Monterey Park thinking I needed freon to make my A/C unit colder and he said it was not necessary, that all I needed was a maintenance on the unit. Thank You Richard! Do reach out to him and ask questions, will even give you advise over the phone.

Jerard the technician was polite, thorough, and highly knowledgeable. Took the time to go through everything in complete detail and ensured I fully understood the situation. Went above and beyond! Highly recommend.”

I had the privilege today of having excellent customer service from Associated Heating & Air. I was well informed of when Citlalli was going to arrive and she was very polite and knowledgeable. She worked throughly and confidently with my concerns for my AC unit. I was very satisfied with Citlalli work and would highly recommend her to everyone.

I am very unhappy with their installation of ac. The house did not have ac so ductwork was not designed for ac. They installed an ac unit that was too large and so it blasts out very cold air and shut down quickly so there was no time to cool the rest of the house. I shut the vent closest to the thermostat and restricted the return vent below the thermostat so it would return more are from the second floor. I feel like I paid for a much larger system then the house needed. The recent service was great and fairly priced.
