I really thought they were going to try to upsell me on every single thing, but that didn't happen at all. The pricing was better than expected Description of the problem was very detailed and had our ac up and running quickly. Also did point out what to look for in the future. Daniel was great.

We needed trouble shooting on our problematic AC in the peak of summer while wildfires are happening nearby and we couldn’t open windows.

Super quick to respond and they were able to come out the very next day during a heat wave to fix an AC issue. Daniel was professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. He diagnosed and took care of the problem quickly. A lot of other companies I called were scheduling over a week out just to come take a look, so I really appreciated how fast and reliable this team was. Would definitely recommend!

This review is very long overdue. If you want to upgrade your entire Cooling and Heating system, don't call anyone else beside Next Level Heating and Cooling. Jeff and his staff were an absolute pleasure to work with. I wouldn't recommend anyone else besides them.

We were tired of putting up with our failing A/C system. We had a loud A/C unit that was just very old and tired. Therefore we had Jeff come out to our home and provide us with a quote for an entire Heating/Cooling overhaul. Within minutes, he figured out where the new vents would be installed and where the new A/C unit and heater would live. His design was so much more functional than what was originally there. We were also able to gain back some space in the garage since our old Heater took up so much space.

Not even 24 hours after Jeff's visit, his team was already at work. His staff were very skilled and also very respectful and courteous. The entire installation process was as smooth as could be. Even will all the vents being relocated, you wouldn't be able to tell where the old ones were since their drywaller did an amazing job at hiding their old location.

When we turned on the A/C, we were truly impressed with how quickly it took to cool the house down. Not to mention, the strength of the air was so much better. You can FEEL the cool air hitting you. Jeff's idea to put the vents in the ceiling as opposed to in the walls made a huge difference for the better.

I mentioned this review was long overdue. We had our entire Heating/Cooling system overhauled before the Summer. Our new A/C handled this past summer like it was nothing. 7 months post operation and everything is still holding up perfectly. This current winter, the Heater is doing just as good of a job keeping the house warm.

As for value, you cannot get a better deal anywhere else! Save yourself the struggle and just call Jeff for your A/C and Heating needs!

Jeff and his team at Next Level Heating and Cooling are truly top notch. Our AC stopped working around 9pm during a heatwave, and it was brutal. I posted on our local community page asking for help around 9:30pm and to my surprise, Jeff’s team reached out within 30 minutes(10pm!) Jeff came by the very next day, assessed the situation and provided a detailed and transparent quote.

After comparing a few more estimates, we ultimately chose to move forward with Jeff because of how honest, responsive, and thorough he was. He took the time to walk us through everything and his team was out the next day to complete the full replacement.

Jeff’s install crew was great: punctual, professional, and super tidy. You would never know major work had just been done. If I could give them 6 stars, I would. Highly recommend!

Great job! We had a new heater installed (ours was broken) and a new air conditioner. They offered financing which made this big purchase affordable. They came back to fix a hole left from moving my thermostat. The work is so good, I can’t even tell where it was! Crew was respectful of my property and very fast and efficient. They did a great job cleaning up each day. I’m so happy to have heat again! I would use them again!

Alps sent a service representative the following day to resolve my issue. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He even explained features of my thermostat that were not explained before. Alps does not rip you off when it comes to service or a complete new HVAC system. I recommend them highly.

Technician was prompt and explained in detail everything he did to lessen the noise when the heat prompt was activated.

I needed to do annual tuning of my AC and my furnace. Alps AC & Heating had very good reviews and I’d decided to give it a try. They offered to come by right away! The Technician - his name is Alexis Hernandez - came in time and did an Outstanding job! I was using services of a person who is now retired, and I was happy with his service! Alexis did much better job, explained me all the cleaning and tuning he performed and made recommendations of what I need to do! This company offers discounts for seniors. I highly recommend their service!

Called a few companies but Alps hit the mark. The sales representative was straightforward and helpful. Offered us the best deal through our Costco membership. The installation was quick , clean and as promised. Additionally, the customer service is exceptional as they always answer calls, return calls, and support you with any questions asked. Prices reasonable for quality product and services.

Great company to do business with. ALPS was recommended by a coworker who bought his AC from ALPS. I have a small area to install the system so the man that did my estimate knew his job and gave me a couple of systems and prices to choose from. I once had an estimate from a ”tv” HVAC company and it was their system or nothing. The installers were also great and did a good clean job. I’ve already recommended ALPS to a friend.

Alps Heating and Air Conditioning installed our Lennox HVAC system several years ago and the visit this week was for yearly maintenance and to troubleshoot an error that sometimes occurs. They are very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.
