AMAZING service, very QUICK , and best VALUE on the market for AC, HVAC, or heating service.

Scheduling was super quick and easy, I was able to book an appointment for the very next day within minutes of calling. George arrived right on time and was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional when it came to repairing my AC that had been down for the last few days. He was literally in and out within minutes, and the AC started working perfectly again. Let’s just say the price was unbeatable.

Daniel showed up on time, informed me of the problem and gave me the price to fix. Due to age of current furnace, We ultimately decided to go with a new furnace, which was installed the same day and the work took less than a few hours. Everyone was very respectful of my home, hung plastic and wore booties. The cost was less than another company quoted a day earlier.

Daniel Reilly was very professional. The unit was blowing cold air when the heat was on. He diagnosed the system and determined that the flame sensor and pressure switch was working intermittently even though my system is only about 10 years old the tag was missing. He was able to purchase universal part!

Ok so the interaction with Next level started out very positive. Then things went sideways ways. I have tried to access the website to keep this between the owner and my self, but when you go to the web site it says the site is down!!! Daniel sold me a flame sensor for $285 and a pressure switch for $295. Which I paid. When this did not work he came back out tried a few other things that did not work he mentioned that 10 year old unit was going to maybe need to be replaced I told him I did have 10th it’s and to to replace the unit after a week and a have of no heat and have go buy two electric heaters. Dane said the owner wanted ti look at the u it. Fine so a Mark shows up and says he found a loose wire. Unit worked for a cycle and stopped blowing hot air. Mark returns the nest day and another gentleman with next level showed up name Jose I believe. They termites it was the circuit borad and they would have to order but it was going to cost another $400?? So i authorized the part. Mark showed back up the next day and I talked the board. Unit is now working. The question is why did I have to pay another $400 and here is the original parts ? I should be getting a refund for at least half the cost of the first parts. I didnt misdiagnose the problem but I have to pay.
I was hoping to be able to contact the owner via email. The stars should be 2 1/2. By the way I never saw or heard from the owner!!

Daniel was very knowledgeable and gave some good advice. He was not pushy about work that was recommended. Fast and efficient. Clean up was done well

My AC condenser was not working and I needed someone to come out to fix it on a Saturday. Jose responded immediately when I called and was accommodating with my schedule. He was very professional and was able to fix my unit very quickly when he came out. Since the repair was fairly quick, Jose didn’t even charge me for it. He is very considerate and honest. Jose was AMAZING!!! Our AC wasn’t getting cool, he called at the end of the day, I told him we had a small child on a breathing machine & it was really hot..so he said he would still come around 6pm. EVERY company we called said they only could come the next day. He really helped us, explained things I was so confused about & our AC is pumping cold air now. He even gave me a discount. This company has to be the most honest group of people that I have encountered in a long time. They did an excellent job of replacing an air conditioning unit at my rental property at an extremely fair price. They just serviced the AC unit at my home today and I was very happy with their honest recommendations. No hard sell, no misleading statements, nothing but pure honesty and solid workmanship. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I had my 22 year-old AC/furnace unit serviced by Daniel. It was installed in 2002. Prior to today, the unit had not been used for about 14 years! Daniel spent the time to diagnose and treat the problems that this old unit had! To my great surprise, he got the AC unit and furnace functioning both downstairs and upstairs.

Daniel was professional, congenial, intelligent and highly knowledgeable of air conditioning and heating.

All I can say is Next Level heating and air is the best! Very honest and reasonable! I would recommend them to anyone. I spoke with jose yesterday and he scheduled an appointment for me the next day. They send you an email and a text letting them know who the technician will be and what time they will be there. Daniel the technician was awesome.

They came to our rescue during a heatwave when our AC went out randomly. Got us an appointment the next day, our tech Jose was amazing, diagnosed the problem quickly and got us back up and running the same day. It was also extremely affordable. Highly recommend this company!

Unfortunately, our experience with this company has been terrible. Our heating system developed an issue over the past 10 days, during an extremely cold spell. When we first contacted them, they sent a technician who claimed that a simple cleaning was all that was needed and assured us the system was fixed. That same night, the heater failed again, leaving us in a freezing home with a newborn.

We called them the next day, but they didn’t show up for 4–5 days, claiming they were waiting on a part. After several desperate calls, they finally arrived, replaced the part, and assured us the issue was resolved. Yet, just two hours after they left, the system failed again.

Now, they are completely unresponsive—ignoring our calls and voicemails. This company has shown a complete lack of customer care and professionalism. Do not trust them.

Daniel came out and was able to diagnose and fix our unit so fast! Really appreciate his professional and kind demeanor.

We just purchased our home back in March 2022 and while it had central heating, there was no HVAC and just an older wall unit in one of the rooms.

We had an unfortunate experience with NexGen with our last installation at our previous property so we wanted to make sure we made the right decision this time.

After speaking with 11 different companies and receiving quotes ranging from $8K to $22K, we decided to give our business to Next Level. Not only did they offer what we found to be a fair price, they offered a quick and quality installation. We called them on a Friday to let them know we were going with their services and by Monday we had abatement completed and by Wednesday we had central air! We even installed a mini split to help cool down our garage where our home gym is located.

A couple weeks after installation, we realized that our living/dining room was not receiving enough air. We called Axel who noted that due to the layout of our house and the spacing between our ceiling and roof, that the air flow might not be as strong but he would send out his team to take a look at the issue. Within two days, the install team was back and climbed into our attic, made a few adjustments and now we’ve got adequate air flow into the room where my family and I spend most of our time.

If you’re looking for HVAC services, I highly recommend Next Level. While we didn’t need it, they also offer financing if you have a big project. Don’t suffer in the heat, call Next Level today!

Reliable and on time service. Dan inspected my 1957 wall heater and gave my a few options. I ended up replacing the whole thing the following week. It took on 4 hours to complete and their workmanship and professionalism is superb. I will be using them for any HVAC needs and I will say best price in town !!

Jose was super responsive in providing an estimate. He arrived well-groomed, and made sure to have clean shoe covers on hand before coming into my home. He even made sure to take off and put on the shoe covers when he needed to get up and down to and from the third-floor, rooftop.
He was very straightforward - took pictures and videos of what needed to be done and of the final results.
So glad he was able to come as quickly as he did!
