Really friendly guys, Sam and Darren, who did excellent work and provided detailed feedback. No upselling, just honest recommendations, which I truly appreciated. You’re not always sure about having people come into your home, but Sam and Darren felt very trustworthy. Highly recommended. They came to do our mid-year air system cleanup to prepare for the winter, and everything was thoroughly cleaned. It looks fantastic.

Sano H&AC is ready to work! AC failed on Tues, appt with Christian Weds, complete HVAC and vent install started Thurs. Christian and Patrick walked the project prior to demo, answered all questions - professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Noel and Jacob are the A-team for demo & install. The summary of my review is “Do not judge a book by its cover”.

I had a plumbing issue and called several companies for the job. Almost everyone either gave me a high inspection cost or free inspection with huge work quote. I literally passed on Sano Heating & Air Conditioning several times only because I read the name and thought wonder if they are good in plumbing. Man I was wrong (Never judge a book by its cover) ! These folks attended to my call and fixed the issue is total of 4hrs and at an extremely competitive price. My plumbing job was not huge but the level of customer service and actual onsite work ethics was exceptional. Ryan, my technician explained me in detail what he was doing to fix the issue and how to maintain it for future. Really appreciated his frank and honest approach. I would highly recommend them for plumbing jobs as well. And now I have a great reference for heating and air!

Christian at Sano Heating & Air Conditioning was awesome! I called for an estimate to replace my heating and air conditioning system. He was incredibly thorough, professional, and took the time to explain every detail clearly. I can tell he’s an expert in his field. I'm very happy with Sano Heating and Air Conditioning. Today Jim and Randi came out for a furnace tune-up and AC soft start installation. They were on time and provided excellent communication, clearly explaining everything happening with my system. I really appreciate how clean and respectful they are—they always wear shoe covers when entering the house! This company has been to my house twice now (AC tune-up in August and today's service), and both times they conducted a thorough inspection and found nothing wrong, which gives me confidence in their honesty and integrity.

Sano removed and installed a new HVAC unit for my home. Started with a check on current equipment. What I had was really old and dated and wanted to look at my options for a new unit. Christian provided all the insight and info i needed to make a decision for what was best route to take. They installed the very next day. The installation on everything was absolutely top notch and very impressive. Only other thing that was better than the installation was the customer service and friendliness everyone provided from in person to the people I talked with on the phone. Thanks for the great experience SANO and new business to customer relationship that has started.

We had an older HVAC system. Sano had such great reviews, so I called them. Christian and Jim came out the next day and carefully explained everything to us. Our old system had multiple problems and we were very worried there would be a leak in the house if this was not corrected. We had lots of questions and they both patiently answered everything. Christian showed us many possible replacements. Sano sent Pedro and Mike out the very next day. They rebuilt the closet containing the heating unit, added an air purifier and leak protector, replaced the old duct work, and installed a new outdoor unit and thermostat. Pedro and Mike were absolutely terrific, expert and efficient. The whole system is just beautiful. Christian came back and inspected everything and again answered all our questions. We highly recommend Sano and Christian, Jim, Pedro and Mike were all great!

Every time we call Sano Heating & Air Conditioning, they are on it right away — fast, reliable, and they make it so easy to do business with. I hate when something happens to my air, especially in the hot summer, but Sano is one of my favorite contractors to count on.

Anthony is the best! 5 stars for his professionalism, knowledge, and communication. He came to assess a rental property for installation of mini-splits or a dual wall furnace. He gave great insights for all options, explained them thoroughly, and provided an estimate with financing options at the end of the appointment. Great start!

Sabo Heating & Air is by far the best phone call you could make for all your heating and air needs. From the first visit with Chriatian to dealibg with the installers David and Robert I had the best exoerience imaginable. They communicate, great financing options, and very kind and professional.

Today was my first time reaching out and using Sano Heating and AC. I was extremely pleased with how quickly they were able to schedule me in. I called for a dryer duct cleaning and they were able to get a technician to my house same day.
Jacob came to the house and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He cleaned out the vents, in what I felt was a timely manner and left the area pristine. He cleaned up all around and even was ensuring that there were no leftover trash or lint around my lawn. I really appreciate his eye for detail. After finishing the job, Jacob thoroughly walked me through what he did and fixed for me as well as pointed out some things that he visually saw that could use some attention. I really appreciated him informing me about somethings that I should probably be up keeping around my property.
I had a great experience using Sano and would definitely call them out for their services again. Definitely give them a call if you are in need of some services around your home.
Their communication is extremely prompt in the customer service is excellent.
Also on a side note, I truly appreciated Jacob in the way he conducted himself extremely professionally. He was friendly ans he had good vibes. To be honest, as a woman who happened to be at home by myself during the Servicing, I felt extremely safe and comfortable. I know some people might find that weird to even comment on but I think it is important to share that the technician truly made his presence feel safe.

Dealing with Sano was the best customer service I have ever had! Anthony was Amazing He is so Knowledgeable, Patient and Caring. I knew just from my interaction with him that my project was going to go well and I was not Disappointed at all. From the person that called to confirm my appointment to the installers that did the work everyone was so Friendly and Patient with me and all my Questions. If I Could give 10 Stars I Would! I will be referring Anthony and Sano to all my family and friends!
