Rooter Man advertised 48 dollars to come out and clear a drain, I had a slow draining tub so I called, the girl told me the 48 dollars was only if I had an easily accessible clean out outside, if their plumber had to walk all the way inside to the tub, that would be nearly 3 times the advertised price of 48 dollars , very deceptive , I would have been happy to pay the 150 dollars if that's what they had advertised. I declined to do business with Rooter Man.

Aram Z. came out to unclog a drain. He was fantastic. Quick, thorough and friendly. I would recommend him to anyone. Best plumber we have ever had!

After being quoted a price for service with a discount by "Danny" he says,the company gouges us after finding the problem. When finishing the job, the hole that they had dug was filled in no-professional. A 2 year old could have done a better job

False advertising!
Their website touts $49 drain cleaning special. It's all over there and doesn't explain the "fine print" which you'll get once they call you. It's actually $129 and they give a very thin excuse as to why it's not really what they promise. Do not book.

Rodrigo and Omar did a great job! They broke my driveway and repaired issue. Daniel was hard to deal with but overall plumbers did a wonderful job!

I would like to post my satisfaction on the hard work Daniel, Rodrigo and their crew did. A 115 foot sewer line had to be replaced, and the soil was like concrete. These guys kept at it till the job was completed. I am very pleased with the results.

Our bathroom ended up draining really slow/slightly clogged that we were only able to take 30 seconds-1 minute showers which made it very inconvenient. It was Friday night when it started happening and I worried that no one would be able to come because it was the weekend.

I ended up looking around Yelp and found a few. The previous location we had used before was quoting us $192 for a snake ($175, but after tax would've been around $192), and even insisted we hydrojet which would've cost us even more. Then I found Rooter Man which had a special for $49, but when I called the operator specified it's only $49 if our drain was easily accessible via a "cleanout", and $125 if there wasn't a "cleanout" access and a normal snaking would be done. I honestly wasn't even sure what a "cleanout" was and assumed maybe we had one and the snaking process was the cheapest one quoted so far. I was getting desperate since it was already late afternoon. I really wanted things fixed/cleaned before night time (where people would be showering and heading to bed) so I decided to go with them and scheduled a same day appointment of 3:00PM.

I was glad that the operator was very helpful as she had attempted to explain all the plumbing lingo and their system was also very on top of keeping me updated with calls of when our technician, Jesse, would be arriving. Jesse arrived on time and was very friendly, he told us that since we had a standup shower, those don't have cleanouts and a regular snaking would be done instead. I don't know if the "no cleanout for standup showers" is true or not but he was here already, I mind as well just regular snake it.

It took about 30 minutes, but Jesse was able to clean out a few balls of hair that was clogging deep into our drain. We tested it and water was draining perfectly again. Before he left, Jesse gave us tips like: buy a shower drain hair catcher (especially for women with long hair) if we wanted to prevent hair from collecting in the drain too often.

Vince provided awesome and professional service helping us on clean up our kitchen sink clogged up and shared some wonderful skills as well with reasonable fee, we will use his service for sure if we ever have some plumbing issue in the future.

I requested a service call on Friday afternoon and had a man sent within a short time to clean the laundry drain. Edgar did a great job. I am very happy with the service.

Do not trust their phony reviews. They corrupt to the bone. Look at their BBB reviews. The same scam to destroy your property and charge you for something you don't need. It's all scam. They came for a $49 opening the drain. We accepted to pay $500 for hydro jet. But they claimed the line was totally clogged and they had to replace the pipe for over $4000. We had another plumber come and open the line for $75 without any issues. These people are not human. I don't know how they live with themselves. Someone named Z Ralph (if that's his real name) came initially to set up their scam.

Awful service tech tried to get us to give a fake review! This guy tried to charge me $3500 for a $450 job... IDK what these people are thinking

Rooter Man Plumbing was very professional. They stayed with me throughout the whole process and made sure I know the time the technician was coming. Arman was really good. I highly recommend Rooter Man Plumbing.

Called for a quote to get my septic tank pumped, which I always have paid $375 previously with another company which closed down. They wanted over $750 for the same job, possibly more. Be very cautious. They were upfront about the fees but astonishingly high, almost like they don't want to do this.
