Do not use this company extremely unprofessional. They cancelled on three occasions at the last minute. I wish I could give them zero stars.

I live in a condo complex where this company came out to work on the plumbing and gave a 24hr notice (not really due to not seeing the paper post till I was home from work which is 5pm) that the water would be off from 9am-5pm. It was 630 and the water was still off.. called the company just to get an estimate on the time to be able to prep the rest of my day a little better and the lady who answered the phone for their “answer customer service department” was so rude and was completely unprofessional. She stated “call the manager” I informed her that these condos are owned individual and there isn’t a manager. She went on to say “don’t you have an HOA?!” Which we do and I asked if I should call them and she went on with her bad attitude saying “well I don’t know why you wouldn’t call them, I don’t have an anything to help you with” so I hung up. I’m sorry but I’m pretty sure if her water was shut off and she couldn’t use the restroom, wash anything or shower she would be upset as well but instead she was sitting at a desk answering the phone with a bad attitude…. It’s currently 8pm and the water is still off after THIS COMPANY let the HOA know it would then be done by 730…. I understand things come up that they might change a time slot but maybe take in a consideration that people kinda need water and if you give a time window and can’t uphold it then maybe postpone to another day or something because once again you can’t just expect people to go on with their day without water….

The technician was professional but the lady handling the call was not. They quoted me three thousand more than every other place. When I politely said I’m sorry, I’ll pass on this and use someone else the lady on the phone became very rude. I was professional, I plainly said it was over my budget. She jumped to how I had to pay for the service call which I had already agreed to prior to the appointment. I said sure ma’am I can give you my card. She was rude and said they can’t accept card by phone and that I could pay the tech by check. LoL. Who carries checks on them? She said I could pay with Apple Pay which I did. But she was super rude and the guy stood there for 40 min waiting for the company to decide a price. She sent them photos etc. when I told them it was too much they dropped down $1,500 immediately but it was still thousands more than everyone else was quoting.

Don’t bother using. The technician was nice but it’s a shady company.

I have utilized A2Z Plumbing Services several times, and they consistently perform excellently and are quite reasonable. I strongly suggest them.
