The main line to the 4 unit apts I manage was backed up and leaking out into one of the units. Called a few companies but couldn't come out for 2 or 3 days. I called Back in a Flush and Raul came out within the hour from 8:30 pm. Reasonable pricing after cabling through the roof and saved the day for our tenants. Thank you Raul.

I was referred to this plumber by a friend, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I had a kitchen sink that wasn’t draining properly and was leaking underneath. He diagnosed the problem quickly and explained that new pipes were needed, which required cutting into the wall to install a lower pipe. He treated it as an emergency and even came in the evening to accommodate my tenant’s schedule.

The work was completed thoroughly and everything was left spotless. What really sets him apart is that he also patched and repaired the drywall where the wall had to be cut—most plumbers won’t do that. On top of that, he also replaced a bathtub spout that had been leaking, and that repair was done to perfection as well.

He’s responsive, clean, and very reasonably priced. I truly appreciate the quality of his work and his professionalism. I will absolutely be calling him again for any future plumbing needs, and I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation.

The plumber came today to fix a leaky toilet. He unblocked the pipe and the toilet was still leaking. He wanted $300 in the beginning. Then he agreed on $150. Then when he unclogged the pipe, he said that his work was done. I went back to check if the toilet was still leaking, and there it was leaking all over the floor. I asked him why he hadn’t fixed it. After I zelled him $150 he said he wanted $200 more for the leaking toilet. I said no thank you!

I have used Fernando for years. He is reliable and does quality work. Most of all, he is honest. He recently repaired two toilets and a sink. He gets my highest recommendation.
