I work with contractors and subs regularly. So my opinion of OC Rooter isn'temotion based. It's on enough work orders I've given to the owner, Fernando, over the five years I've been using him. Fernando has been coming out to take care of our residence kitchen drains and various other plumbing orders. Just this morning he came out to take care of a "clear water" back up in the downstairs toilet. Turned out it was a clog with some roots between the toilet and the garage main access. I've been using Fernando for the last five years and while I have my own tools, including power snakes, I know when to turn over the job to a professional. As a person who works with contractors regularly, I can easily endorse Fernando as being one of the most skilled workmen I've known, he is incredibly organized and never takes shortcuts with all that said, I think his pricing is extremely Fair.

Working with Fernando has been fantastic. As a property management coordinator, I can always count on OC Rooter being responsible, professional and fair priced. The last job I sent to him it was for a leak detection. Fernando went above and beyond with the leak detection, making sure he did not miss anything, going out there 2 days to even check roof, attic and any other possible sources of leaks since it was not a plumbing issue. 100% recommend OC Rooter! Glad to have him as a vendor.

Mr. Fernando came to install a new water heater in my home. He was very professional, efficient and clean. The install process was very quick, he cleaned up after the job was complete and took our old water heater to dispose of it for us. The pricing was reasonable as well. I would 100% recommend his services to anyone needing plumbing service.

I had to replace my shower handle and tub spout... So I went to buy a kit at home Depot. He told me he'd have to knock down the walls to get the new valves inside for the shower head, tub spout and handle..... Not what I thought I'd need to do. I had replaced what was necessary. He was up front and honest, and professional as well. All went great! Also the bathroom sink only had water coming out of one knob.... He fixed that as well. Great work Efrain. Than you for explaining the job in detail for me to understand. I trust Roto Rooter for all my plumbing needs.

I had a leak in my upstairs shower. Efrain can out and accessed the leak and in minutes he an estimate. He provided a guided explanation of the work to be done and was extremely helpful with our questions and his patience was outstanding. He finished the work in less then the time quoted including parts. He also kept his work area cleaned and beyond what we expected. He also walked through his work as he went step by step and concluded as he finished. We appreciate him and the excellent service he provided.

My home had a leak and we wanted to address it as soon as possible. We contacted Roto-Rooter and Efrain came out within in hour. He let us know exactly what was going on, what the fix would be, and got right to it. He was real informative during the whole process and gave us some insides on how some of the things work and was super helpful overall.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Jeffrey and his trainee Alfred yesterday! We had a back up in our laundry room at the washing machine and problems with our dishwasher not draining. They were able to handle both issues in a timely and efficient manner! They were both very extremely polite and friendly! Jeffrey took the time to fully explain every part of the jobs they were going to accomplish during the time they were here. He was also very conscientious about cleaning up and answering any and all of our questions! The service was excellent, and definitely feel confident we will use Roto-Rooter for all our plumbing needs! Thank you very much, Rick :)

Efrain was amazing!
1. He fixed my washer water pipe that was not running water to my washer!
2. He determined what was wrong with my dishwasher and fix it! When I had my kitchen counters changed, the guys who installed the stone didn't add air pipe. Efrain noticed that and fixed it.
3. He also trouble shot my water heater that wasn't heating my water and found a bird nest in the vent pipe outside my condo. He saved me thousands of dollars because I didn't need to buy a new water heater!
