We were referred this company to have water access installed in a home we recently purchased to allow water/ice to dispense from our refrigerator. Nick and his partner arrived, were very friendly, and examined all possible options for the difficult job (our sink is not close to the refrigerator and is separated by doors/walkways, so there isn't an easy route). He provided a ton of knowledge (was patient with MY LACK of knowledge) and gave us a great price. We will have to seek another 3rd party provider to complete the task, which he had recommendations for and marked exactly what was expected from them to ensure the project runs smoothly. Very impressed with him and look forward to working with him!

Brett and Corey were professional, knowledgeable and friendly! I had a leak and my kitchen faucet had seen better days. I was given three options as to a plan of action with regards to installing a new faucet and chose to have them select and install it for me. They were quick and efficient! I highly recommend this company and these guys! Great job! Thank you so much!

Paul arrived promptly and was very professional. He quickly identified the water issue and was able to show me and explain what had happened to cause the water leak. I was really happy with both the company and the technicians that came out. I was able to get same day service and the call center was extremely friendly and thorough. Mikey was great, not only did he do everything in his power to diagnose my leaking shower problem properly but he was also informative, patient and detail oriented. I am so thankful to have found this company who clearly has awesome people who know what they’re doing.

We've always had wonderful things to say about this company which is why we came back to them to do a few repairs around our house. Walter was an outstanding serviceman! We can't sing his praises enough! We will for sure requesting him if we need any plumbing work in the future!

Luke is awesome! Arrived on time, a genuine happy professional, knows what he was doing. Luke made great recommendations for our repair. Completed same day, minimal disruption and left the area clean. Would absolutely recommend Luke for any plumbing repairs and would definitely request Luke in the future! Customer Service lady that scheduled the repair was great!

Our tech Alberto and his helper (I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name) did a great job. I absolutely give them 5 stars. They determined the issue and we’re able to repair it same day once the property owner approved it. The reason I’m not able 5 stars for the company has nothing to do with the service they provided. It has everything to do with another employee which called Alberto while he was in our home. He was calling regarding our repair job. Maybe he didn’t know that I was able to hear him but that’s not really an excuse. After noting black wood in the ceiling and what appeared to be mold I requested a mold inspection from our property management. During this phone call the employee on the other end of the line was making comments about him “not seeing mold but whatever” and joking that Alberto was going to have to stay at our house all night (referring to the fact they had been here most of the day). In an already stressful day I do not appreciate him seemingly making a joke of our situation. I would recommend that in the future maybe leave the “shop talk” for the office as it turns out the inspector did find mold and I wasn’t wrong.

Shane was great! His assistant too, I believe his name was Gonzales. Really caring and pleasant and hard workers. Best of all he was honest. I appreciate honesty. Didn’t oversell or add on like every other plumber I’ve ever come in contact with. Best experience I’ve ever had with a plumber. I can take a hot shower now!!!

Axel was the technician he was courteous and professional.
Day 1 came out and assessed the problem with confidence.
We decided to schedule the repair for the next morning.
Alex and his partner Bo arrived 1st thing in the morning. They both completed the drain cleaning and cleaned up afterwards. In all the service was greatly appreciated. I would recommend Scott English plumbing.

I have used Scott English previously and today had a toilet replaced. The plumbers, Walter and Alex, were excellent--very efficient, professional, explained everything, outstanding. The cost was much less than a previous estimate from another company and once again I was very very satisfied and impressed with the service.

Daniel was professional, knowledgeable and caring; with a smile on his face and a desire to help and solve our plumbing problems. We are thankful he was able to solve all our issues!!! We will have him back when we need more plumbing help. He was such a joy to have in our home. He has a hard worker ethic.

I recently had shower valves replaced in two bathrooms and a water conditioner connected by Diego and Luke from Scott English. They provided high quality work and were able to complete the repairs without issue. They were very professional, thorough and timely. The two were able to keep the work area clean and even went the extra step to walk me through the entire process just for my knowledge.
Previously had my water heater installed by Tyler and I wanted to commend him for his work as well. I am very happy with how the installation was implemented.
Overall, I would recommend Scott English for the quality of their work.

I contacted them for a kitchen drain and they were out immediately. Technicians Rafael and Adrian were professional, neat and knowledgeable. They provided a great explanation of the issue and solutions. I got the hydro jet service and it was well priced and worth it. Thanks!

We were very impressed with Nick Davis. He called us prior to coming giving us a 30 - 40 minute time frame before his arrival. Upon his arrival he was professional and quick to get to the problem at hand. We had a plugged bathroom sink drain as well as a plugged bathtub drain. He took care of the problems quickly and did a good job of cleaning up after the job was completed. He was very pleasant and customer oriented. We would request Nick without hesitation if we had another plumbing issue.

Scott English Plumbing were AMAZING! I had a re-pipe. Crew was a delight— nice, polite, hard working, quick, clean and best of all did not ruin my counter tops/cabinets. It was great they wrapped my furniture as they said they would (have had past companies say they would wrap and did not). I would use them for other plumbing needs. Two Thumbs Up!

Used Scott English Plumbing again on 5/15/23. The plumber, Mike, was able to come out that morning! I work down the street, so I had asked if they could please notify me when the plumber was on his way. They did! Mike the plumber came out, was courteous, had booties on over his boots, checked the issue. Fixed the issue. Said the toilet fittings, etc. looked good and asked if I needed them to look at anything else. Nothing like only using my lunch hour to get the job done. No waiting around! Professional service again!

I’m very happy with the work performed by Scott English Plumbing. Ulises was my go to guy and he was great. He and his associate arrived to help with water that I could hear running in my walls. It was determined I had a slab leak. So I ended up doing a repipe and it all went as planned. The crew to repipe and the crew to do the drywall after were very professional and respectful of my home, and everything went smoothly. Ulises was always available for any questions and or updates. I’m overall very happy with the service performed.

Just want to let you know that, how wonderful your service was from start to finish. You sent Ben out to fix my drainage problem. What a nice gentleman. Fernando and was a very professional man. It was more than I wanted to pay but I liked him and I wanted to take a shower!!!! I enjoyed some conversation about drains and pipes. It all worked out very well. Much better than the other company I despise. This company called me to offer an earlier arrival which I didn't take but apreciated the offer. They called when he was 30min minutes away. I was able to be by the door. They were respectful of me and my house and they were clean. They put on show covers before entering and they. I had an option to try some one else that may have costless and I was comfortable and got a good vibe. Basically Fernando and Scott is why I didn't turn them away when told me it was a bit more than I wanted to spend.

Called Scott English Plumbing for a slab leak emergency. Sean was our lead tech.

Sean showed up each day, every day, on time or earlier. They took care of everything far more quickly than we expected even though the job was a big one. Sean kept us up to date on progress, problems and estimated costs. We needed specialists and he coordinated and managed everything. He clearly went 'above and beyond' to help.

The company wasn't cheap, but our experience with Sean was that if he said something would be done by a certain date or time, we could rest assured it would be done.

If you're fortunate enough to get Sean on your job, you're definitely in good hands.

My kitchen sink had backed up and I called about 5pm Thursday evening and reached someone to speak with on my first call. I explained my issue and told her it was not an emergency. She said someone would call Friday morning to schedule service to clear my drain.

By 7:30am I had a text asking if it was okay to call me at that time. So they called and said they could schedule someone to come out this morning. I received another text at 8:15am saying they had a technician who could be out in 45 minutes to 1 hour if that was convenient..

Sure enough they were on time, they even texted a picture and the name of the Tech, so I knew who to expect. Joshua showed up on-time, professional looking, and even put on booties before coming into my house and evaluating my problem. He explained my service options after inspecting my issue. He started the job after explaining pricing and what to expect.

He was fast, efficient and worked very clean. My drain was done before 10am for the price agreed upon with no after the fact salesmanship or trying to upsell any service.

I couldn't be any happier with the total experience of working with this company. Every interaction was professional and they took care of my issue in a very timely manner.

Five stars out of 5 for sure.
