Edwin installed a new Bradford White 40 gal. water heater and replaced the wax rings underneath our pressure-assist commercial grade toilet to stop the leaks at the base. His technical skills to do the work and his communication skills to explain our plumbing issues to my husband and me are excellent and commendable. More than 5 stars!

We had a leak in our ceiling caused by a cracked HVAC copper pipe that was hidden above the ceiling. The team was quick to diagnose the problem and worked efficiently over the course of 3 days to demo, dry out, and fix the pipe.

Our lead contact, Joseph, was very responsive and quick to answer my calls and texts. His team was professional and transparent throughout the process. Would recommend this company and would definitely use them again.

Pricey especially for just a drain clog but worth it compared to others that might try to rip you off. The guys were professional and did a good job unclogging my showers.

Roto-Rooter Plumbing was prompt at taking my call and scheduling a tech to come in site same day to address our plumbing problem. Efrain was professional and offered a range of advice on the problem at hand and reviewed other issues we had where he provided an estimate on the level of service needed along with recommendations on products. He was able to quickly resolve the main issue and put our water service back on!

Drain in the atrium seems clogged but not completely clogged. Water goes down slow, so I thought it might be a good idea to have roto rooter to unclog it. The advertisement on their website said ,$89 I know it won't be this cheap. I thought the most it would cost is about $200. However, when the technician arrived, looked at the drain, he said, the only way to unclog is hydrojettig and it costs $575 an hour. It would take more than an hour to do. I immediately said no. Then he said I can do it now within an hour if you want. I said nope!! He didn't have us to pour the water in or stick a snake down and see if using the snake can unclog it. He literally just looked at the drain and immediately said it needs hydrojettig. I used them before and I thought they were decent. But, after this one, I would NEVER contact them. Plumbing company is everywhere.

I had a new toilet installed and a new water valve line installed. I tried to do it myself, but everything was stuck and too hard to remove. Efrain came and installed the new toilet and water valve, plus supply line. It was done within just a little more than an hour. To me it was well worth it to have it completed in such a timely manner!!

Roto Rooter came thru and saved the day!!! Big thanks to Israel and Hector for coming out and clearing our stubborn tub clog.
We first fell for the bait and switch of a competitor, so called heroes, only to be told that the only solution was to replace everything for about 4 thousand dollars.
Israel came out and immediately put our concerns to rest. He and Hector resolved the issue quickly, cleaned up their mess, and did I mention the only ones to put booties on before walking through our home.

We called because our landlords plumber didn't want to come because "it was raining"... So my wife called Roto-Rooter and right on time ERNESTO showed up. He was polite. He is professional. He snaked the drain and he made it happen so we can wash dishes, wash clothes and wash our cheeks again. It was very quick. Our house works like it did before. Again I appreciate ERNESTO. I feel like every employee from every company should be just like ERNESTO. THAT GUY DESERVES A RAISE!!!! I'd recommend Roto-Rooter to any house or apartment or any dwelling, especially if they show up and they all are like ERNESTO V.

I am giving a rating of 5-stars based on first day's interaction with Joseph, Manny & Andy at Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup. They are very professional and knowledgeable. As you can see from photos taken at my living room for the leak site, they have done a good job to quarantine the corner off for identifying the leak and drying process is currently on-going. I will come back later to put my reviews on the following steps once we get there. So far....Pretty Good. Thumbs Up.

I had Roto Rooter help with the plumbing jobs in the past, but this time it was even better with Efrain, who is experienced Technician and is very good to work with. He knows his job very well and performed the task in timely manner with utmost Professionalism. I highly recommend him and in the future for any Plumbing needs he’ll be the first one and I’ll call to help fix the problem.

Rooter Man Plumbing did an excellent job. George and Technician Jonathan were very experienced and professional. George used a line camera to find the cause of a bathroom smell I had for over a year — it was a broken vent pipe. They also fixed a leaking toilet within two days at a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Called Roto Rooter this morning dispatch sent out Representative Efren to help with my stopped up bathroom sink . He replaced the tape American Home Shield put I would not recommend them to anybody.
