We have used Scott English Plumbing on several occasions. Our experience with their service people have been most excellent! They always go above and beyond our expectations! Alberto was very respectful, involved us in the decision process of repair or replacing the garbage disposal, and the cost involved. He got right to work, cleaned up after completing the repairs, collected the fees, and emailed a receipt to us! We were very pleased to have him as our service person!

Amazing! Ben was able to come an hour earlier than our window time. Very nice and professional. Quickly figured out our kitchen sink issue and fixed. He gave us suggestions to prevent future problems. Clean up was great when done. This company will be our only call for any plumbing issues. Thank you!!!

Diego was such a lovely young man in addition to being a terrific plumber! I thought I had a slab leak but he knew better and was able to find the leak by cutting just 3 small holes in my wall. He was very attentive to my concern for cost and he helped me to understand my options and what the charges would be. He was efficient, respectful, clean and very professional. I asked for his card so I may request him the next time I need help from Scott English. Always have had good experiences with this company. They are professional, fair and honest. Highly recommend. Walter and Alex did a terrific job at our home. They are professional, knowledgeable, pleasant, and work well together. Scott English Plumbing communicated very well regarding appointments, timing, delays, etc. Walter and Alex resolved the problem in a timely fashion and identified another issue which if ignored could have created a very serious problem. We would welcome these gentlemen for future plumbing work. Very pleased we called Scott English Plumbing.

Cesear replaced the leaking release valve on the 30 gallon hot water heater on our boat. He knew what he was doing. Professional, polite and friendly. He came and repaired it the same day we called.

Moris and Daniel did a great job installing two bathroom faucets for me. I have used Scott English Plumbing for my plumbing needs numerous times, and I have never been disappointed!!

This is one of the horrible plumbing company to deal with.

What turned out to be a simple shower drain unclog turned out to be a nightmare.

1. First up, I booked an appointment and was supposed to send me a technician. But the worst part is, nobody turned out and I got was a text message asking to rate the service of the technician.

2. Then they said it was a mistake & sent a technician the next day, who tried to unclog the drain and broke the pipe which led to water damage all over. Now they say it is my responsibility to do the restoration.

Have gone through lot of stress last couple of days dealing with this company.

Bo has a vast knowledge of older houses as well as the newer models. Mine is 1957 build. I am redoing the front bath and purchased a sink, faucet and stopper of my liking. My sink is wall mount on irreplaceable Italian tile. Bo made sure everything was done perfectly! I would not hesitate to use this company again.

E&Y Plumbing did a great job with a few small jobs, mostly fixing our tub so our daughter can take baths! Their tech was professional and did a great job for a fair price! Highly recommended!

A few months back I got home and found a message from the city water service around my front door handle. It stated that my water usage had quadrupled and that I had a water leak. I called a plumber to come out and investigate and he quoted me an insane amount to replace all my plumbing. I then called my home insurance and they pointed me to Elder and Young. Eric from E&Y sent Sean out to investigate the leak and they found it located in my main water line in from the street and not in my house as mentioned by the previous plumber. They gave me several pricing options and solutions and then sent Robert out to fix the problem. Thanks Eric, Sean and Robert for fixing the problem. Elder and Young provided an honest assessment with fair pricing, expertise, professionalism and good old fashioned customer service. I would highly recommend them to anyone having a similar plumbing nightmare/experience.

After having 3 plumbers come out and tell me I needed to demo shower tile to fix a dripping shower, Eric came and fixed it quickly and efficiently! He was on time, professional, cleaned up and did an outstanding job. I am so glad I was referred to him because he will be my go to plumber for life!

Our washer got backed up and started leaking, I called Eric and he had Robert out the same day to clear the pipe and get us back up and running! Robert took his time and explained what he was doing, did the job wonderfully, and cleaned up nicely! I will definitely be calling them for all of our plumbing needs!

Had a few items that needed repair out in North Tustin. This company had a very quick response time and Sean, the plumber, was awesome. He explained in great detail exactly what needed to be done and found parts and prices immediately. Highly recommend this company and ask for Sean.

He came, shut off my water heater water source, and I didn’t know where or how to troubleshoot. He said he didn’t do anything to cause the problem and would charge to come back but then never replied. We got someone else to come and figure out where the water had been shut off.

The company responded to my request on the same day by noticing he was working not far from me even though my address was out of their normal area. Sean was an expert detective, narrowing possibilities right away and then concentrating on the most likely sources. He found the leak and fixed it promptly. He was sure to check all other possible sources before leaving. He was smart, fast, capable, talented, pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend Elder and Young for responsiveness, reliability, capability and kindness.

Eric and Robert are the most effective, efficient and conscientious plumbers I have ever met and utilized over 30 plus years of being a homeowner. Eric is extremely knowledgeable in all areas of plumbing and performs with professionalism, perfection, and expertise until completion. No detail is over looked and every problem is uncovered . He is very clear when explaining a problem and takes great lengths in his explanation in order to assure the homeowner understands all aspects of the problem, course of treatment and proposed estimate. He is very fair in his cost analysis for an estimate and when the work is complete the homeowner, as in myself, feel confident in the repair and the quality of his work.
His enthusiasm in his work is refreshing and since I had to require his services on multiple occasions, I could say it is a comfort to know he would diagnose a problem to exhaustion and then repair fully confident in his due diligence in revealing the cause of and the problem.
Use Elder and Young once , and you too will be impressed by the quality of work and knowledge of Eric and his team. I can assure you it will only take once!

Sean and his assistant called 30 minutes prior to arriving, arrived on time and was clean and neat and respectful of our home. He quickly assessed our situation, came up with a solution, gave us a price right away that was reasonable and affordable. It took less then an hour to fix the problem. If you are looking for and honest company, look no further. Elder and Young and Sean is your answer. I recommending them to all my family and friends.

We had an issue with our tankless water heater (Takagi). Our regular plumber wasn't available and we wanted someone trained on our system. Shawn and Gabriel were able to fit us in the same day. Although, our issue was simple to fix - they did an inspection and spent time answering our questions and giving us tips on how to keep the system running in top shape.

Sean had been very instrumental in the handling of all aspects of a slab leak at my house in the past.

He goes above and beyond in his effort to fix and improve any problems he encounters.

Recently I had a pipe leak issue at my rental. Sean was able to diagnose the problem areas and with his assistant Gabriel, fixed the problem. Sean is very cordial, patient, and knowledgeable. He does excellent work and calmed any fears I had along the way.

Because of his personal touch and expertise, I highly recommend Sean and Gabriel to handle any and all plumbing needs you would have. My praise goes beyond words.

Eric is nothing short of a wonderful person and business man. He took time out of his very busy schedule to guide me through steps regarding a leak and mitigation incident, without even being a customer. He did not ask anything of me, yet was there to answer any and all questions I had. He even referred me to JGB Restoration for repairs. We will definitely be using his company in the future and will refer all friends and family to him. You can tell he cares about his clients and his work.

We recently used their services about a month ago for some repairs with kitchen plumbing and started experiencing some drainage issues again so contacted them to come out. Sean came out the next day, and even Eric one of the owners came out the same day with a scope to help us figure out the source of the problem. They initially thought it may have been a collapsed pipe using this cool scope they had, and said they could be out in a couple of weeks, however Eric was able to send his guy Javier out the very next day. Javier was professional and laid out stuff to protect our floor and taped off section of house he needed to work on to minimize dust. After a day's work, he found the problem, it wasn't a collapsed pipe, but rather a big piece of plastic that blocked off the drain pipe. We were glad the damage wasn't worse. These guys are all super professional and responsive and great to work with. Very trustworthy business and we highly recommend using them. We're hoping we won't have to deal with anymore plumbing issues for a while, but if we do, these are the guys we will be calling again for sure!
