Walter was an excellent technician! On time, very respectful, and friendly. He assessed and explained our water heater issue clearly. Fixed the issue and did a thorough clean up! Will definitely use this company again!

Walter with Scott English installed our new toilet and he did a great job! He was very friendly and easy to work with. We are happy with the work and would recommend him to anyone.

We have used Scott English for plumbing several times in the past and they always provide friendly, professional and quality service! We are in a condo so navigating the plumbing can sometimes be very difficult. Jayson and Michael were great at diagnosing and communicating the problems and work they needed to perform. They remained professional and attentive in getting the jobs completed. I was impressed how they consistently communicated with me throughout their process to keep me updated as well as the quality of work in an extremely reasonable amount of time! I will not hesitate to request Jayson for our service in the future!

Rafael was great! He showed up right on time, did an absolutely thorough job double checking the work with a camera, and offered tons of helpful advice to keep my sink running smoothly. They'll definitely be the first people I call if I have problems in the future.

The team at Scott English Plumbing was great. We had a broken drain under a cast iron tub, and they were the only plumber that took the time to fully understand the problem, and find the most cost effective solution. They were able to complete the repair without having to remove the tub and tile walls like everyone else who gave us a bid said we needed to do. They whole team was great to work with, very professional, and responsive. Could not recommend them more!

Ben and Alex came over immediately when my elderly mom had the pipes UNDER THE HOUSE broke. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND their job description. Alex/Ben crawled under the house in a very small space on a very hot day and stayed there for 3 consecutive days. While down there they saw Brown Recluse spiders and killed every one they found with a blow torch. Alex was such a hard worker and both were very humble and GENEROUS WITH THEIR TIME. they didn’t rush off but stayed and explained everything to my mom and we all felt safe and very comfortable in trusting both of them without being home!!

My mom who doesn’t understand a plumber‘s job, called Ben and wanted help with her pilot light. He literally told her that he would come over on his day off,the next day, to take care of it for her.

I don’t know why anyone would want to use a different Plumber because this company was amazing ‼️‼️‼️

Brandon, from Scott English, arrived in the timeframe promised - even with a call 30 minutes prior, which is always appreciated. He was very courteous and professional explaining his plan of action to both me and my husband (had to repeat twice and was happy to do so). Took care of our blocked shower drain quickly, left the shower as he found it - all clean, and then tested it for proof all fixed. We were very happy to have called Scott English Plumbing for the immediate same day great service! Will be using again!

We were surprised this morning with a steady leak from the pipes behind our water heater. Walter showed up in about 30 mins after we called and after agreeing on a reasonable price, he started work right away. The service was fantastic; would highly recommend!

We had an awesome experience! A near flood and having to repipe the entire house was not an ideal situation but their team was so great and helpful and we would definitely recommend them. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, clean, friendly, and had amazing custom service. Their follow up and attention to detail on the project was flawless and most importantly, they were respectful of us and our home which we greatly appreciated! They do great work and are awesome to work with.

This past visit was the second time the Alex has been to my house. Initially when he came a few weeks ago was to fix patio drains which had been clogged off and on for years. He and his crew were respectful, cleaned up really well when they were finished, and did an exceptional job! Great communication! For the job that he came to do last week, he had to replace a toilet which had been fixed incorrectly… All in all the job was done quickly, neatly, his service is phenomenal and I am incredibly impressed with his work ethic and how personable he is.!

Shawn and Arturo did a fantastic job on my plumbing project. They were on time, explained everything that was needed to complete the job and quoted me a fair and competitive price. The work was completed timely. I highly recommend Scott English Plumbing and especially Shawn and Arturo. They are consummate professionals!

The project was simple with the addition of a ball shut off valve being added to an incoming water line. Access was easy and no digging or trenching required.
The response to my request was quick with a plumber here the next day. Ulises the plumber was professional, explained his work well, performed the job flawlessly and quickly. I was most impressed with him and his work. As a matter of fact I had him review and quote my next job which is larger and much more complex.
I would not hesitate to use Ulises and Scott English plumbing again.

We have used Scott English twice now and both times they did their best to make their services affordable and understandable. They Explain things clearly, and are very respectful and professional. Once they capped a gas pipe for us that took a bit of problem-solving, and the other time, they diagnosed some thing that actually needed an appliance repair person. We were extremely happy with the service both times and the two different technicians.

Overall a generally good experience. Once I explained my problems, they had somebody out the next day to give an estimate and start with repairs. We had several unforeseen issues, but the technician was able to fix everything that was unexpected. After the initial indoor repairs, We had a second technician out to fix a leaking gas line in our yard. He was very professional, prompt, and efficient. he was able to detect the source of the leak and had it repaired within 2 days. Since this happened right before Christmas, he worked hard to finish the project on time for our holiday party.
Their technicians, Johnathon, Arthur and Chris, all did great work.

I needed emergency plumbing services and called Scott.English plumbing.Daniel came out spent a few hours resolving the plumbing issue. He didn't just clear up the issue.He made sure that everything was running properly including waiting thirty minutes for me to do a load of wash.amazing job. James and Sam arrived at my house to swap out a couple of water supply valves for my new kitchen faucet. Both technicians were friendly and cordial. Experience felt like a combo of work completion and hang-out session which I appreciated. Was better than the usual work-completed, now-pay-me experience. Was nice to not feel like a business transaction. Work took about an hour and work was high quality. Valves were swapped out. Kitchen faucet installation was completed and no leaks of any kind under the sink. Also appreciated the tips and questions answered about other pluming items for the sake of being proactive before problems arise. Thanks!

Just wanted to give a shout-out to Ben with Scott English Plumbing. Ben was outstanding in fixing my toilet issue. His expertise and knowledge of the issue and cost value was excellent. He provided different options and was accommodating with no upselling. I greatly appreciate his prompt service and he kept me abreast of when he’d be here and how long the service would take.

Ulises C. arrived on time on the day of service. He was very polite and answered all questions that we had. He performed his evaluation quickly and sent info back to his office. After that he left briefly then returned with everything needed to swap out our tankless water heater. He worked quickly to take out our old unit and install the new one. One the install was completed, he cleaned up the install location and vacuumed with his portable shop vac. He tested the faucets around the house for temp and pressure. Great service all around!

Walter and Alex were highly professional and efficient plumbing technicians. They arrived on time within the appointment window, were direct and clear with their assessment of a kitchen sink leak, and limited the scope of their work to only what was necessary to address the problem. They also provided recommendations for periodic preventative maintenance to avoid future leaks. Would recommend for future service!

I was extremely satisfied with Rafael’s service. He was on time, friendly and professional. He was able to unclog my kitchen drain after my plumber. I mean my old plumber couldn’t get it. He gave me a fair assessment of what was blocking the drain. Afterward he showed me the camera of the gunk that was in the piles that a snake cannot get. This quote was $100 more then the one I received from the previous guy. But we will for sure go with Scott English. I feel professionalism and friendliness are worth the extra money as I feel I can trust this company.
Rafael is a great employee and if I ever need their device again I will ask for him.

Our shower fixtures were leaking and because of our excellent experience previously with Scott English, we called them again. Michael came out to make the repairs. He was very polite and professional. He made our senior dog comfortable with his presence - very much appreciated. He replaced the fixtures quickly and did a great job. Thank you!
