Calling Roto-Rooter was one of the best decisions I’ve made. I called Their office and right away they send someone to see the problem. Then Belinda Swanson came and helped us out with our problem. There was a last minute problem, and Edwin Williams, came and took care of the pluming problem. A big THANKS to Edwin he came kinda late and fixed the plumbing problem.This is the first time we call Roto-Rooter, we are very happy.

I had my water supply to my rental all messed up. Using garden hose Y part copper and PVC. He fixed it. All copper very professional. He did it quick. Then took the time to explain. Very polite and professional

Our toilet clogged badly. I called Roto-Rooter they were there within an hour. Edwin plumber came and unclogged our toilet and checked all other drains gave us some advice on how to prevent them from clogging. Very polite and extremely helpful. Knows what he’s doing. I definitely recommend them for any plumbing needs.

My 4th of July started with my kitchen faucet leaking and it was getting worse by the minute. Roto Rooter was the first place I looked and I was surprised I could get appointment on a holiday. It was 1 pm when I placed an order and Efrain was at my door already at 3 pm. If I could give Efrain 10 stars, believe me, I would. He checked out where the problem was, talked me through all my options. Turned out I needed new faucet, so he left and got me a new faucet, all within my budget, gave me a dummy course into faucets (so now I know more about issues with them) and installed my new faucet. He didn’t leave a mess behind, cleaned up better than I would for sure lol Very professional, very courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and super friendly. He put up for all this time with my 3 French bulldogs being curious, interfering with his work, and checking out his work non-stop. I have no idea what Efrain makes at the company, but whoever is reading this, please, this man deserves a raise. And for those who is checking out this company and consider if they should call and request a service, just call them. Since the moment I placed a request and till them time it was all done and it fixed, it only took 4 hours. And remember, it is 4th of July! Efrain, thank you so much for your excellent work and the next time I need something to be fixed this is the first place I will be looking at. Thank you for your hard work and happy holiday :)
