Gabriel came out with Ivan to take care of a leak today. They were on time, had a pleasant demeanor the whole time, very nice and professional. Also very friendly. We are so pleased with our experience with American Leak Detection. We would gladly recommend Gabriel and Ivan and Jim came out to do the initial evaluation. And we would highly recommend this company if you’re having a problem in your home. They were fair on their price and they did excellent work.

Austin was an attentive technician. He was timely, knowledgeable, and was very communicative through the repair. He was the same technician that diagnosed the issue and was able to explain the problem and his approach to the repairs. Austin also took his time and was sure to restore the area as close to its original condition as possible. Overall, the service was excellent.

Abel was patient enough to wait for us since we were coming all the way from LA. He was able to detect and confirm where the leak is coming from the bathroom toilet upstairs by using his moisture detection machine and cutting through the ceiling. I appreciate that he was mindful to keep his work space clean and placed a plastic to shield the area from dust and water. He explained the water damage seen in the ceiling. He also checked the water pressure and even tighten the leaky outdoor faucet. Insurance covered the cost for the leak detection so I’m unable to comment on the price.

Experiencing a slab leak can be overwhelming, but this company turned a difficult situation into a positive one. Their professionalism, skill, and courtesy were remarkable.

All of our questions were answered and that was much appreciated They made sure there were no other leaks before putting everything back together. They also put down protective stuff for the carpet and didn’t leave any kind of mess I got exactly what I was quoted and was not charged a penny more. I would definitely recommend them if you have any slab leak issues. I went with the pipe rerouting versus trying to figure out where all the leaks were so now I don’t have to worry about another leak from the same pipe that was replaced. Now that they’re finished, I’ll have to do a little wall repair, but that was also told upfront that I would be responsible for that. The leak was between my two bathrooms so they rerouted the pipe up the wall through the attic down into my master bedroom to complete the project. I added a couple pictures just so I could see what they had to cut out to be able to route the new pipe up the wall.
