Excellent service. He arrived early, and worked efficiently to make sure all our repairs were completed quickly. At the end, he walked me through everything that he completed, pointing out what was done. He even patiently answered all my questions that were not related to the repairs.

So happy with the plumbing work that Daniel has done for us. He was here exactly when he said he would be and got the job done right. Our old dishwasher wasn’t cleaning good and was leaking, but Daniel changed out all of the water lines and installed the new dishwasher. He also fixed a leaking toilet.

We have been using Plumb Guild (previously known as “American Plumbing Guild”) since 2010. Every year the owner, Thomas Mulhearn, clears our backyard drains of roots, rocks & debris and has been to our home at least 32 times since 2010 (I’ve kept every invoice) for a variety of issues with water heater, toilet, tub, all kinds of things! We’ve been happy with him so we always call him when there’s a problem. Over the last 37 years we’ve had a few water heaters, so when the last one failed we decided on a tankless one, which he installed. He has an excellent work ethic and is thorough, honest & polite, as is his younger brother Daniel! Yes it’s a bit pricey but worth the peace of mind. We will continue to use Plumb Guild for any future needs!

These guys truly are one of the "good guys" that you can trust. I have been using them for many years not only at my residence, but at my parent's house as well. They aren't the typical "shyster" type where they try to rip you off with unnecessary stuff. They give you an honest breakdown of what is needed and they get the work done quickly. They arrive when they tell you they are going to arrive. You don't have to make a bunch of follow-up phone calls asking where they are, etc. In other words, they are on the ball. If you are looking for a dependable, no nonsense plumber, definitely give them a call!
