Dymek’s Freedom Plumbing was referred to us by a retired plumber. We had a slab leak which is not something you can put off. Chris Nease from Dymek’s was out the next day to pinpoint the leak. It was definitely in the slab. Since we didn’t want to dig into our beautiful slate tile floors, Chris recommended a whole house repipe. Rven if you fixed the leak, who’s to say the 60 year old copper wouldn’t spring another one 5 ft away. And since we were doing all of that, I wanted a tankless water heater. Once we had the insurance onboard for the repipe Chris and his team repiped our 2500 sqft, 3 bathroom and laundry room in one day!!! The next day a different team came in to patch all the stucco and drywall holes while Chris installed the tankless. I can’t believe they finished so quickly and were careful not to damage anything in the house. Chris was honest, responsive, and simply a nice man! I could not recommend Dymek’s any stronger. Good honest knowledgeable people! What else can you ask for?!

We had a plumbing emergency (our bathtub/shower drain totally backed up and we couldn't unclog ourselves) over the weekend at our home in Fullerton and needed someone to come clear the drain same-day. I called and was scheduled for an afternoon time slot and informed of the after-hours weekend cost for the service. Once I was scheduled, they told me I could expect a call from the technician when he was on his way.

Fast forward to my time slot, I got a call from Nathan to let me know he was about 15min away. He showed up right on time with another tech (I believe his name was Tyler) and they were both very friendly and got right to work diagnosing the problem. I told them I was trying to have my home warranty reimburse me for the cost and they were very patient while I was on the phone. They worked together to get the drain unclogged, which turned out to be a much more complex issue than originally thought.

We learned that the drain in my house is not the standard tub/shower drain, possibly just because it's an older home built in the 50s or maybe someone DIY'd before us. Despite this, Nathan & Tyler worked to figure it out and they did get the drain unclogged! They were communicative, respectful, and friendly the whole time, and we were very grateful for their help. I'll definitely keep DFP in mind for any future plumbing needs we may have, and recommend them to others who are looking for licensed, professional, timely, reliable, and friendly services!

I had an emergency Water Heater Breakdown 4 days before Christmas; I called DC Drains and they were able to send Ryan early the next day to install a New Heater. Ryan was terrific, extremely efficient and Professional. The Office Staff was very friendly and reassuring when I called in a panic, so I will recommend DC Drains to all my friends and Neighbors!

DC Drains came out today,as we needed immediate help with our backed up indoor/outdoor sink. Michael was very personable and provided friendly service. He explained the process and all the options available, as well as worked with our budget. Great service provided!

May 2025: my 3 BR house built 1952 had recurring root blockages at the iron to clay pipe joint. My regular plumber said the iron pipe main sewer going under the house was so corroded it was falling apart, and too big a job for him. He suggested DC Drains. I called them the following day and Matt and Jason dropped by within an hour to have a look, recommended the trenchless relining procedure and gave an estimate. Matt and slate began the prep work the following day using a TV camera to inspect the entire line and plan the relining job. Two days later the rest of the team came out to complete the pipe relining in a single day. I was totally impressed by the competency of this crew, who obviously had performed this challenging operation many times.

Sean with DC Drains & Plumbing went above & beyond meeting our expectations. Knowledgeable, competent and courteous service. We now know who to call next time for any of our plumbing or drainage needs.

Cialone was great. He was very polite and professional. He was able to get our drains up and running and pointed out the issues to make sure this didn’t happen in the future. Thank you again!

I was told the price would be determined after Matt looked at my garbage disposal and I could accept the service or decline the service. Matt opened the door underneath sink and determined we needed a new disposal, the estimated cost was going to be between $700 and $1100 depending on what model we purchased. Now understand he did not attempt to fix or determine what was wrong with old disposal, I declined service and was told their would be a $49 fee. The next day I had another company out to check my disposal and the repair man fixed it in less than a minute at no cost. Why was DC plumbing trying to steal that much money from me? I would never recommend this company.

Arturo Mijares was great. I had not dealt with plumbing problems before and he explained every step, my options, costs, from beginning to end. He made an ugly situation into a workable one and I appreciate the fact that he came on this emergency call, worked until completed, cleaned up and through it all had a professional yet friendly attitude.

Ryan performed a couple of plumbing jobs in the kitchen at my rental property today. He explained the nature of the job in detail and with clarity. Upon completion he doublechecked the work in my presence. Throughout my interaction with him, Ryan was polite, courteous, and highly professional. I was completely satisfied with with his work.

My dealings with DC drains started with speaking with Angela and she was able to get Somebody out to my house the same day. Then something came up at the office and she tried to reschedule, hear the disappointment in my voice, she said she would “make it happen today”and she did! Needless to say, I was amazed!
When the service tech, Steve showed up, he was right on time explained things thoroughly and began his work. I feel like he went above and beyond to address my problem.
