Needed someone to come fix some outside plumbing in the very small free window I had for the week. DC was available next day. Showed up on time and had everything in the truck needed for the repair. Ryan was very helpful and nice. I honestly don’t know if I underpaid or overpaid, but I got what I needed done, when I needed it done and it all felt worth it. After I replaced my kitchen faucet and compression valve I ended up with a leak and after spending a considerable amount of time trying to solve the issue, I gave up and called DC Drains.

The response from customer service was quick and helpful (didn’t catch her name but thank you for the help!). After hearing of my issue, their plumber, Robert, was on his way about 5 minutes after the call ended. He got here, diagnosed, and fixed the problem in about 15 minutes. He also explained his process as he did it and what went wrong with my installation. We found out it was because of a defective comp valve. He also informed me to go to a plumbing supplies store instead of the big box store because of the better quality parts, which is good to know 👍🏽.

Cost was good, we came to a decent price.

He also stayed around a little longer because I kept asking him questions about other problems I had with our plumbing. Thanks Robert!

Rob knew exactly what to do, and didn’t waste a minute doing it. He extracted the obstruction in my area drain. If owned a plumbing company I would hire him. I will definitely use DC Drain in the future.

We were very pleased with the service provided by Steve from DC Drains.

My rear yard was flooding from this mornings heavy downpour. I called DC Drains and they sent out a technician within a few hours of my call. The technician, Steve Oblad used a heavy duty snake to unclog my landscape drains. The water in my rear yard immediately flowed out into the street after the mud and roots were pulled out from the drain pipe. Thank you Steve for a job well done.

Everyone from start to finish was wonderful. I was able to get a quick appointment, they called to confirm before my technician Steven arrived, and Steven was absolutely incredible. He explained the process, gave me repair options, never tried to over sell me, and fixed our issue. He was friendly , neat and made sure to clean up everything before he left. I highly recommend them. They are now my new goto plumber.

Had Ryan as my Plumber and he was awesome. Original shower fixtures from the '40 gone bad...could have had to been a total rebuild but Ryan squared up a challenging set of circumstances and repaired, replaced, and made ready for new knobs. Very stoked...🤙

I had a leak in the expansion tank. Within an hour, Eli came to the rescue. He replaced the expansion tank and fixed the exhaust to the hot water tank that was completely wrong and wasn’t up to code. The original exhaust was slowly leaking carbon monoxide into the garage. I had no idea. Upon removing the original exhaust, it showed that it was already damaged by the heat, aside from the gap that was leaking carbon monoxide. Eli was knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service.

Robert is GREAT, I own a restaurant in Tustin and most of the drains were full And overflowing, They had to shut down The Restaurant and it was on Sunday, which is busy busy.
He showed up Within 40 minutes of my call, He is very knowledgeable And he pointed the problem right away he opened two of the Drains he had to snake them many many times to get them to open.
We were open and running within an hour and a half of my phone call. Thank you Robert .

If your a business these guys are the ones to call prompt service, and reliable. Mijares did a great job putting in the new vanity and cleaned up everything and even took the old one away. I've used them before and will continue, thanks for the great job.

I wanted to take a minute to recognize the outstanding service I received from Robert and Angela and DC Drains & Plumbing. We had a clogged kitchen sink and garbage disposer that needed to be repaired. I called to schedule an in-home estimate and worked with Angela. I explained to her our needs were very urgent and she had assured me that she would have a technician come out right away to take care of us. Not only was she such a pleasure to work with, she set up a quick appointment and the technician came out within the next hour. I met with Robert and I was extremely impressed with his friendliness and professionalism. He did an amazing job and completed the service in just one hour! Everything is working great now and I am so grateful for the amazing team at DC drains. They are absolutely the best and I would highly recommend!
