This was my first time using First Option Plumbing. I will use them again and have already recommended them to a family member. Responded quickly, located water leak inside a home wall, and repaired within an hour. Bert was very friendly and trustworthy. He communicated well by texting me when he was on his way to the house and throughout his on scene work. Thanks, Bert!!

He changed out our hot and cold water valves under the kitchen sink and replaced our refrigerator line.

First Option was GREAT from my telephone call to the time they drove off. Our Water Heater broke about 11:00 am. Bert managed to round up a crew, remove and replace the heater within 3 hours. Jesus and his partner were Fantastic! They were professional and experienced. They left the work area clean.

They responded quickly, fixed the issue without trying to upsell me unnecessary services. Fair price also. When the issue returned (remember problematic) they again quickly responded and did the repair without charge. I highly recommend First Option.

This was my first time using First Option Plumbing. I called at 9:00 and they were able to come and assess my water damage in my kitchen by 2:00 pm. I like the fact that they answer the phone (no recording as I have experienced in the past with other plumbing companies).

I am a realtor, I ordered a sewage line clean up on a 35-year old house and got a reasonable quote. After the work was done they told me the sewage line was not as dirty as they expected. The hydro jet cleaning process and video inspection was still performed, but they charged me a lot less than the original quote. It’s sewage line, I can’t really tell how bad it was or what was done. I really appreciate this company being honest with their customer. I will definitely use them for future needs.

I had a leak in my main water line. Fast to respond to a request, professional and kind as they explained what was needed, and competitively priced. Work was done well, quickly, and cleanly. Cannot ask for more than that! Will definitely me calling First first in the future!

I hired this plumbing company because they rated 5 stars at Yelp, and i wasn’t disappointed for sure, they worth the 5 star rating. This company runs the most efficient business. They come out in a team of two. While one stay at the repair site, the other runs all chores. They are knowledgeable, quickly diagnose and investigate where the problem is, and get the repair done. They run pricing with their boss which I should say it’s not the cheapest, but pretty fair based on my experience. Highly recommend!!!

Recently moved into a house that is a bit outdated and undermaintained. Asked Bert to come out to assess the state of our plumbing given that our shower and kitchen drains kept backing up. He pleasantly endured my barrage of questions and helped me understand the plumbing system in the house. We scoped all 3 of the cleanouts and found loads of the usual grease, soap scum, hair, etc., which Bert was able to take care of (ream shower and hydrojet kitchen). He also noted a few other small issues with the water heater and took care of those as well.

The work was clean, the punctuality was appreciated, and the price was reasonable. Will be calling again in the future, thanks Bert!

I had to have 2 visits from them since my water-heater blew up. The first visit was to setup a temporary electric water heater and the second visit was to install the new water-heater. Both sets of plumbers that visited the house were very professional and did a clean job.

I had a Moen whole house automatic water leak shut off valve installed. I am very happy with the quality of work, professionalism and value from freedom plumbing. Tais and Andreas were friendly, punctual and effective. Prices were very fair.

The team showed up within 3 hours of initial call and fixed the toliet within 15 minutes. Appreciate the promptness and professionalism. While I hope I don’t need them again soon, I would absolutely call them again.

The worst plumbing company I've delta with. They were unable to provide a detail report to my insurance + unable to locate the leak. I payed $395.00 for nothing. Ripped Off..... homeowners beware please.
