We had a clogged sink and ran across their business. We contacted them and they arrived in 20 minutes and finished the work really quick. Juan and his team did a great job. Highly recommended them.

We usually use First Option Plumbing for our office when we are in need of a plumber and we have gotten great service every time! We did have a new toilet installed and we realized there was a small leak after they left. Once I called, they immediately sent out another team to fix our leak. They are very responsive and will usually come no later than 2 days time.

Bert was great in doing the plumbing inspection during our inspection contingency. Went beyond to even check the pipes under the foundation.

Been using first option plumbing for at least 5 years. Bert and his team always stay until the job is done. If they find something unexpected, they adjust and price fairly. In my experience you should expect the unexpected in plumbing. With Bert the unexpected is explained well, usually demonstrated if possible, it is not a bait and switch. In the end I have always been happy with the result; the problem is always fixed.

I had need for a water pressure regulator & called several plumbing companies. I spoke with Bert, the owner of First Option & he gave me a clear, concise overview of how he could install the regulator & revamping my piping clutter that restricted space to accommodate the water pressure regulator. He sent technician Jesus who did a really fantastic job at a very fair, reasonable price. I have no hesitation in recommending First Option Plumbing to family & friends! Excellent service!

Bert was there every step of the way to fix the drain pipe from start to finish. He was great, professional and when it looked like it was getting worse he reassured me it was going well. He helped save me 5k on a redo of a shower drain from the 2nd floor down. At the end of the day I found out he was the boss and I felt amazed that an owner still gets down and dirty especially if he didn't have too. I will use him and his team for everything plumbing related and I'm tell all my friends. Thank you once again brother.

I like this company, they are very responsive and reliable. I have called Burt on several occasions and every time he responded quickly and tried to resolve my water leak issue effectively with no excessive charges.
