Fantastic customer service! Had an issue occur that required us to turn off the water to our house. Calked Ted & Bros at 9:07am. They arrive a little after noon, and had the issue resolved by 1:12pm!

I have used them for first time recommended by another plumber since I had a major blockage in the main sewer line.
They (Owner Mater Plumber Ted and his nephew Rick) shows up next day 8AM after I made an appointment the day before. (late afternoon)
As soon as they arrived inspected by camera for blockage right away and detect what is causing the blockage.

Ted takes time to explain the repair details, pricing, and timeline.
Job was clean-out installation - Camera inspection, Hydro Jetted, custom fitted piping for extra drainage for wash-machine.

The company Truck is very well maintained also inside was very organized. Not to mention repair cost was unbelievable reasonable!

Ezekiel and his crew were very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They had the tools and experience to do the repairs right, and were pleasant to deal with. I’ve finally found a plumber I can trust!

I have large drainage pipes throughout my property that got clogged. Ezekiel had the right equipment and located the problem and had to replace a large section of the pipe that was cracked and filled with roots. He was great. I have used Ted & Bros before and they do not disappoint.

Ezekiel was courteous and did excellent work quickly! He even made friends with our dog! I would highly recommend Ted & Bros…we have used them many times in the past, always with great results and friendly service!

Dryer Gas Line fix: My dryer gas line coming out of the wall was bent outward and needed to be shorted. See pic. I sent pics and Ted was able to give me a hard estimate via text. This saved both of us time. Mario, the plumber arrived on time, was pleasant, and completed the work as planned. I would use them again.

There’s always something about home repairs that make me cringe. They’re expensive but need to get done. It’s all about the experience and I’m glad I got to know Ted. What started as a water heater repair ended up to be a water pressure install. Everything happens for a reason and now I have a reliable and efficient plumbing company.

Called Ted & Bros. Plumbing for a urgent request. They were able to come out here right away, and the plumber who came out (Mario) was so great. He got straight to work, explained why I was having issues, snaked the drain, replaced our cleanup cap (since ours had been broken, which was part of my issue), he cleaned up, tested it out, examined and explained everything. Definitely will be our go-to next time we have any plumbing issues.

Mario did an excellent job and was very professional. Showed him the leak and he analyzed it and made the repairs. He also gave me the exact estimate of the repairs. I always feel very comfortable using this company because they get the job done and most of all they are highly clean technicians while they do their work an very polite.

Ezekiel was our plumber and what a great man! Super kind, efficient and knowledgeable. Came and fixed my house's clogged main line. He was very adaptable to the situation we were in and was able to still fix it. The business helped me fast and pricing was fair and I am happy it is family owned. Thank you! I called Ted & Bros Plumbing for my elderly mom. The office was very friendly and was able to set up an appointment the same day. Ezekiel was prompt, polite and efficient. He had the parts and was able to repair her toilet quickly. I would definitely recommend these guys! The prices were reasonable. I will be using them again.

Mario and Gus were very professional and thorough and worked hard all day to accomplish the goal of stopping the gas leak outside. I'm grateful for a job well done, even replacing the bricks on the sidewalk. I appreciate them and their work.

I was very, very pleased with all aspects of their service. They had the expertise and tools necessary to bore a new main line under the concrete of my front porch. After the planning phase, the work was completed in one day with our water service only off for a few hours. Their price was very reasonable compared to other quotes I had... Ted & Bros Plumbing will be referred to all my clients in the future.

Mario came out to repair a pipe leak in my master bathroom. While he did fix the leak, he also mentioned that the shower valve water lines were leaking. At no point did he say there would be any additional charge for addressing it. Without asking or informing me, he cut off the shower valve 1/2” copper lines, soldered caps on them, and then told me it would be $250. I was understandably upset because this was an unexpected charge for work I never approved. Never giving me the option to get other quotes for this repair.

When I questioned it, his response was, “it’s nothing.” It may have been nothing to him, but it was definitely something to me. I called their office and asked for a manager, and someone named Rachel claimed she was one. She said she was aware of the situation and told me, “nothing is for free,” and even offered to come undo the work. That level of unprofessionalism shocked me. Instead of trying to make things right, they doubled down with attitude and zero customer service.

It’s clear that if management behaves this way, employees will too. Their prices also seem extremely unreasonable. I asked about a toilet installation and was quoted $1,500!

Overall, this company lacks communication, professionalism, and respect for customers. Avoid this place at all costs!

Oh wow! You don't need to search any longer! Ted and Bros are the best! Reasonable pricing, professional, knowledgeable, and on time. And, they did the job without making a mess. We had to have a drain cleared, that was causing our bathtub to back up. Mario was great! He fixed it in no time! He didn't try to upsell us either, with more services. We paid just what we were quoted on the phone. Fabulous! Definitely 5 STARS! We are so happy with their service! Ted and Bros, are now OUR FOREVER PLUMBING SERVICE!!!
