Called Bert on late afternoon for a slow drain and backed up toilet. Bert scheduled for an appointment next morning at 10 AM. Got a text at 9:20 AM that Ivan is on the way. Both Ivan and Jacob showed up before 10. Jacob quoted price to clear the blockage and toilet removal. He also replaced the fill valve, flapper, wax ring and new connector. I also asked him to look at the slow drainage on upstairs bathroom faucet. The price is reasonable, and very cleanness. Both Jacob are supper professional and friendly. We appreciate the awesome job and we will be First Option Plumping for life and definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Fast, efficient and professional. I called them around 10:30 AM to diagnose and repair the tankless water heater and by noon their technician arrived at our house and diagnosed and fixed the issue. Highly recommend them.

Bert and his team are the best! We had a pretty big project with replacing our entire plumbing in the house. Bert was super helpful and answered all of our questions and his whole team always made sure everything was done well! They always made sure to clean up before leaving and everything was done extremely well! Will be referring to all our friends and family and would recommend to anyone. Bert is truly amazing. I quoted out a very complicated job to replace pipes from a leak in the upstairs bathroom through the drywall and kitchen downstairs. The previous plumber (who was very good and experienced) was unable to finish the job and said that he had to come back and needed to up his estimate by 2x to finish. I went to Bert after reading all of his great reviews. He came over and immediately understood what needed to be done. His quote came out much lower than the previous guy. He came over with one crew member and was able to finish the job to perfection within a few hours. Then a few days later, a couple of his crew came by to change our bathtub/shower fixtures, also very well done. Bert has a great personality, and friendly & caring demeanor. I have definitely found my new Plumber @First Option Plumbing!

EXCELLENT service! Called once with a problem. Instead of sending someone out, the owner helped me undersand the problem and suggested a solution. He even called me back to make sure that I fixed the problem by myself. Zero dollars! Then, last week we had a bigger problem and Jesus came out and spent a few hours fixing things. Super considerate in how he treated our home, clear communication, and all for a fair price.

Needed emergency work done on the weekend. Jesus was busy on another job but constantly kept me updated on exactly when he would arrive. Once here, he was kind, courteous, and did a fantastic job taking care of an old refrigerator water line that was leaking, then installed the refrigerator for me. The cost was reasonable, work done fast, and he took care to make sure everything was tidied up when he left. Will definitely be calling again next time I need plumbing work done, Jesus was the best!

Talked to Jesus on Friday about a leaking kitchen faucet and given the age of the unit, he suggested replacing it. Ordered a new faucet that arrived on Friday and was installed on Sunday by Jesus. The whole experience was professional and friendly.

Toilet leaking at its base required removal of base and replacing gaskets. Also replaced very old bolts and washers. First Option was professional and prompt as always. Price seemed a bit high but could just be inflation as everything costs more now.
