We recently had an after-hours service performed by Splash Plumbing, which we were all already dreading because instead of getting to go home on time and be with our families, we had to stay late. With that said, Samuel, our service technician was absolutely amazing! He was extremely helpful, thorough, responsive, and time-sensitive, making the long day feel a bit more bearable and a lot less painful. :)

I had a clogged sink and Splash team came the very day I requested for visit/fix. Jonathan came up to our door and was amazing with this workmanship. The condo is very warm during the summer, so even with the AC on, Jonathan was sweating crazy. But the fix was quick and smooth. And we have a good and sound sink. Thank you!

Miguel (Technician 05) did a fantastic job! He arrived on time, assessed my plumbing issue and got to work fixing a problem, that on the surface seemed much more straightforward than it ultimately was but he worked through it and got the job done, looking terrific and all up to code. Thanks for the great work!

Dylan was personable, timely, knowledgable and did great work. I would recommend him to anyone that has a basic to advanced job.

To any homeowner of any age waking to find out that there is a leak in your water heater is awful. I had a neighbor turn off my water and I called Splash Plumbing. A friend recommended Splash as the plumbing company I had used years ago was no longer in business.
When I called them, I was told that a technician would reach me by phone within a two hour window. Jonathan called within that window and arrived 15 minutes later.
He and his helper Leo took about 20 minutes to fix the two leaks. Then Jonathan came into my kitchen and turned on my water to open the lines for me. Things like this were so helpful to a senior citizen with no knowledge regarding water in the lines.
I intend to recommend Splash Plumbing to everyone I know in the event they need help.

Dylan handled the job well. Courteous. Knew our tankless water heater better than others. Will use again.

I would highly recommend Splash Plumbing! Josh, our technician, was great. He is a very competent technician who very obviously takes pride in his work. He took the time to answer any questions I had regarding the installation and the operation of the water heater and the future maintenance of the unit. His professionalism, friendliest and knowledge of his work make him a tremendous asset to Splash Plumbing. The job was done quickly and efficiently without any problems. UPDATE:
Since the initial installation Josh had to come back to make an adjustment to the water heater and as previously noted, he was friendly, professional and arrived at the scheduled time. Again I would highly recommend Splash and Josh for your plumbing needs.

We had to shut down the boiler for repairs in our condo. Splash is the HOA's plumber and not only helped coordinate everything, Eric (in their office) even scheduled it so that I could save money! Jeff O got to the property early and communicated and executed everything flawlessly! And Marisol (in the office) has also been so kind and helpful and always added positivity to my day. I highly recommend this wonderful group of people!

This is my second time reaching out for leak detection evaluation. Splash plumbing technicians were very knowledgeable, respectful and communicate very clearly. Good customer service documentation. 👍🏻

Tomas was great and very professional. I was just disappointed that the quote I received was nearly half of what I was charged just to snake out the drain. It would have been nice to be advised of the new quote first.

Thomas did a great job in helping us repair the leaking toilets. He’s very patient and explain everything to me in detail.

I called Splash because the sink in my master bathroom was clogged. This is the second time I've used Splash and I was fortunate to have Jose again. Jose is awesome, he was able to quickly diagnose the problem, answered all the questions I had for him, and even cleaned up the area once he was done working. I would definitely use Splash again in the future.

Jeff did a great job for us! We had a leaking valve in the wall for the washing machine. He was efficient, clean, and spoke English! I will absolutely call Splash Plumbing on the next plumbing issue I have.

This company is very responsible. Although their workers previously carried out the improper connection which led the water district to discover that a pipeline under the water district's responsibility had been damaged and to seek compensation from us for the repair costs, once they understood the situation, they not only cooperated with the water district on the follow-up repairs but also agreed to reimburse us for the amount we paid to the water district. This was very reassuring to me.

We called in the morning and received same day service. The woman who set up the appointment was courteous and very helpful.

Miguel came that afternoon and he was terrific. He was polite and walked us through the potential issue and then explained the problem and resolved it immediately. We were very pleasantly surprised how quickly and easily our issue was taken care of, especially as we had a calamitous expert with another plumbing company that our HOA uses.
