He was friendly, polite, respectful, and kind. He worked quickly and efficiently and gave us tips to maintain our washer and dryer better.

Incompetent tech. Didi’t even know how to remove the vents. Looks very inexperienced and doesn’t know what he is doing. Spent 95% of time reading owners manual, and then pushed a few buttons on and off. He did not know how to fix it or find out why my vent will turn on by itself, eventually left without getting the work done. Horrible warranty. Will file complaint with consumer affairs.

My experience was GREAT.I was down a refrigerator less than a week. The last company I was with was unreliable. Great job. I tell everyone about Cinch. Also, the contracted company was Excellent.

I'm so glad Isreal came out to my home. He explained the washer machine to me. Im not from the digital times, but I am learning. If more companies had worker's like Isreal business would run smoothly. Isreal should go out to every elderly person's home to set up the washer and guide them on how to work with these new tech washers. And give him a BIG RAISE for doing the extra. Thank you Isreal for your patience and knowledge.

Thank you to Appliance Repair Specialists for a 5 Star experience. It is so stressful when a washer fails, can't do laundry, who will I get to repair it?? I called Lowe's Protection Plan, then received a call from Appliance Repair Specialists. The Better Business Bureau rates them A+. The technician was Andrew, he was great! After this experience, I feel I now KNOW someone in the appliance repair business, and that is a good feeling. I would definitely request Andrew's return in the future.

The repair specialist did an excellent job. He was very professional explaining what he was doing and was quick in getting it done. I also appreciated being able to track his schedule so I could do other things instead of wait around the 3 hour window.

I would like to say Jordin was a great maintenance man, he was very professional and although I was asking questions and talking to him, he was very knowledgeable on his trade had no issues to answer my questions and multitasking while still doing his job working on my washer issues he was done so quickly checking what was wrong and explaining the issue to me. Second time he returned with the part's that needed replacing he fixed it so quick I was amazed. This man knows what he's doing and is nice and friendly all while keeping it professional. Great customer service 5 stars all the way.

Brandon was excellent. He came in went right to work and had my dryer working right away. He even looked at my stove and assured me that they could also fix it as well. Wonderful man! Did a great job. I would recommend him to anyone needing repairs.

Erick was on time, extremely professional and straight forward..took some time to diagnose an issue that wasn't very common and fixed the issue on our electric dryer, the family is glad to have our ability to wash and dry again. It's true that you don't realize what you have until it's gone.

Excellent service from start to finish! Our American Home Warranty connected us with this gem of a company, and we couldn’t be happier. They quickly diagnosed our 25-year-old built-in KitchenAid refrigerator and determined the part needed was no longer being manufactured. Before our new refrigerator could be delivered, the old one had to be removed — a job many companies quoted as high as $2,300.

ARS returned and completed the removal quickly, cleanly, and without any complications, all at a very reasonable price. They were fast, knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend ARS for anyone needing appliance removal or repair — truly a five-star experience and they service from Sacramento to San Diego!

Terrible service. A technician has come out three times claiming our washer was fixed, and every time a new issue appears as soon as we use it. The machine is clearly not being properly checked before the technician leaves.

They never have parts in stock, so each visit turns into days of waiting for parts and another appointment. Customer service is rude, dismissive, and takes no accountability. After three failed visits, you’d expect urgency—instead, they push you to the bottom of the list.

Complete waste of time. I do not recommend this company.

Despite it being a warranty service they were so quick in getting my appointment scheduled. Their office called ahead of time to get additonal information that would speed up the appointment once the tech arrived. JE found the problem and had my washer fixed, up and running in about 15 minutes. I am very impressed with this company.

Horrible customer service, takes hours to get through to a person on the phone and they do not care about getting your stuff fixed in a reasonable amount of time. They don’t call when ordered parts come in to finish a repair and instead will wait for you to call them and say “oh it just came in 2 minutes ago” if you try to ask why they haven’t called to get anything scheduled they will put you on a 10 min hold to ice you out. Zero care for how lousy a service I have been given so far and even when they do come in to “fix” an issue their worker is underprepared and will ask you if you have spare tools for them to use. If you have any choice in the matter stay away from this repair company! Gabriel from Bakersfield was especially unhelpful during my phone call and went out of his way to ensure I knew he didn’t care about my situation at all.

Francisco was great. He explained everything to me, was very thorough and made sure my refrigerator was working. He reassured me which gave me confidence he was going to fix the problem. He had to order parts and came back within a week and fix the problem. I recommend this company and Francisco!
