Very Professional, Mike fixed the ice maker, in under an hour, would definitely recommend to anyone. This repair was worth every penny.

They were on time , efficient, very professional and friendly. He fixed the problem with the water valve , replaced the filter and was very fair on the rate. Would definitely recommend and use again in the future

I called a few appliance repair specialists. And quality repair called me back in a timely Manner .I made an appointment and was informed of time and name of the gentleman (Mike) who would be here to check my dryer .I was called before he showed up and he showed up on time .He came in and inspected my dryer and showed me what the problem was and how he would go about fixing it ..He went above and beyond what I expected him to do .I highly recommend quality repair specialist ..

We have a front loading washer. It’s 12 years old. It wasn’t draining. We initially had another appliance guy out. He wasn’t helpful. We were please w/the prompt service we rec’d. from Quality Appliance Repair. He came out, assessed the problem. Needed to go get the part. He came back and fixed it. I Highly recommend this company.

Wasn’t sure who to call and trust and I didn’t want to call Sears to fix my washer because of the cost and based on the reviews from this page I went with Mike and will be calling him again if I have any issues he was honest and the price is just right go with this guy you won’t regret it ! :)

Mike at Quality Appliance Repair was here on time, diagnosed the problem, and changed the part ( computer board for a GE refrigerator ) These guys and gals are great and get the job done. Called them in the morning and they were here early afternoon with the fix. Can not say enough about the great service.

Mike for Quality Repair came out to my home to repair a problem with my GE fridge. He called me to let me know he was on his way and arrived on time. Very professional, friendly & clean. I would use Quality Repair again for an appliance issue.

I’m new to Bakersfield and my washer needed some repair, well at I least I thought I did. Lol. I set up an appointment, first of all Jennifer was extremely nice and funny and of course professional. Called me a few times for a heads up for my appointment. They squeezed me in a couple days earlier than usual. Mike came out early than expected, so I loved it. Well.... turns out I had my hot water valve that wasn’t fully turned all the way. Ha. I was too busy focusing on thinking it was something serious that I missed the easy stuff. Gave me some pointers on my washer and what soaps to use that he recommended. Leveled up my washer so it would’nt shake. Adviced me on other things. He was truly, really professional and knew what he was doing. I would definitely call if I have any other questions. Thank you both for this amazing experience. 🤗

Mike is second to none. He takes time to explain to you the problem. The cost to repair and if it is even efficient to fix or buy new. He is prompt and very quick in repairing. I will call Mike again if I ever need appliances work on again.

Called Mike to have him come take a look at my dryer. After I gave him some details he suggested I look into whether or not it would be covered by warranty (it was). I really appreciated his honesty and will certainly be calling him when I have another appliance issue!

He Showed up EXACTLY when his office said he would be at my house, I even recieved a courtesy call when he was 10 minutes out which was amazing! Told me exactly what was wrong and instead for ordering a part and waiting he fixed my washer right there by adding a button on the side. Also gave me such valuable advice on how to keep my washer running efficiently and what products work best! Couldnt be happier with the professionalism and quality service. Called Quality Appliance to fix a leaky refrigerator. Mike arrived on time the same day, was very organized, had all the gadgets & gizmos to run a quick diagnostic & all the replacement parts he needs in his van. He was done with repairs in under 30 minutes! Very organized. I highly recommend this guy - not only is it obvious that he knows and enjoys what he's doing, but he takes the time to explain things & answer all your questions. PLUS he guarantees his work for 90 days (parts & labor)
