Mike did a great job. He immediately diagnosed the problem, had the part, gave an estimate, and fixed it. Jennifer was awesome too, she called multiple times while trying to work around my unpredictable work schedule. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Mike he's fixed both our dryer and washer on two separate occasions. He was honest about the repairs his prices are very very fair. He is always there in the time frame promised . He will never tell you to put money out that would be a waste to you. He explains everything in details. And he even tightened our dryer door , just to do it I didn't even ask him he did it out of the kindness of his heart . And did not charge me . I had tried several times on my own to tighten it and even bought new screws it worked for a bit. Then would get loose again and hang. Now it's tight and has never had a problem since . And didn't charge me anything. So if your Looking for some honest, good prices, and kind and there in the time promised . He's the one .

Well I met Mike today and was very impressed with his professionalism. He looked at the appliance, explained the problem, and told me it was not a good idea to have him make such an expensive repair. It took only a few minutes for him to make the diagnosis. Very refreshing to have someone care about the customer for a change.

Work scheduled within 2 days of the initial call and the technician, Mike, was professional, polite and extremely qualified to fix my clothes washer perfectly. Michael came out today and fixed our old Maytag dryer and it's back to perfect working order! Showed me the part he replaced, which is a great sign of a man with honesty and integrity. I recommend his service.

I would defiantly give Quality Repair a 10 if there was such a rating number, he came out and repair my dryer. I liked the fact he had all the parts in his van. He seemed very knowledgeable of course with all his yrs of experience but I liked the pricing he quoted me. I will make another appointment for him to look at my washer and any other appliance in the future. He was fast at repairing the dryer and he and Claudia were very friendly and professional at answering my calls and getting back to me. Thank you Quality repair you are know in my phone contacts. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Mike efficiently and cost effectively repaired my dishwasher and explained in detail what had to be done. Hands down the best experience I have ever had with in home repair. You can expect clear communication and quality. Mike came to repair our fridge that was not cooling, had frost in the back & pools of water at the bottom. It was a mess & Mike knew exactly what to do to fix it. He was organized & on time & got right down to work.

Mike is so knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. He has many years training, experience, and background. Mike knows his stuff! Recommend 110%. He came out quickly to fix our ice maker and knew the problem right away. He had a new ice maker in his truck ready to install for a low cost. He repaired our ice maker last month and it has worked perfectly ever since. Mike even gives you tips for preventative maintenance to save you future service calls! He also answered an unrelated question about our washing machine faucet. I found Mike on yelp, where he also has great reviews. I thought I would add my experience because we are new to Bakersfield and feel lucky to have found Mike at Quality Appliance Repair Services.

My washing machine quit on me, it was the lid lock that went out. Mike came out and took a look at it and considered the age and condition then quoted a price for repairs. Then he explained it would be better for me to replace it and why. So professional, friendly and he explained everything perfectly.Many places would have just repaired it and taken my money knowing it wouldn't make it another year. That's the type of honesty and integrity I look for in businesses. I highly recommend Quality Appliance for any of your appliances needs.

Quick repair but if he would’ve just explained, it was a defrost timer the first day he came out I would’ve just replaced it myself and instead of paying $300 for an inexpensive part not worth it would not use again

I had frost developing in the freezer and also thought I needed maintenance on a dryer. Mike repaired the issue with the freezer, and did not recommend the maintanance on the dryer because he just didn’t think it needed it. Saved me $180. Mike is an honest man, and I highly recommend this business.
