Highly recommend. Punctual, Honest and up front about what the issue was, what needed to be repaired and what his thoughts were about if a repair kit was needed. Cost of repair was super reasonable. Do not hesitate, give them a call!

Needed 2 services so Lisa extended us membership option which was more cost effective since I had to have 2 different repair Man, one for plumbing and one for appliance. We got assistance with dryer information from Eric, who was very knowledgeable. He gave us a breakdown of what our options were and cost, and Hayden assisted us with replacing our faucet sink in the kitchen was also very knowledgeable and prompt and getting everything fixed answered all our question and got us up and running in a timely manner. Hopefully, we don’t need them anytime soon but now that we have a membership we have a piece of mind that we can call them if needed! Thank you

We had a great experience with Austin. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very efficient. He worked quickly, kept everything clean, and explained what he was doing along the way. Couldn’t ask for a better appliance repair experience! Excellent service—I would absolutely use him again. (Repair was for a washer machine and dishwasher)

Loved my experience with Zip. Wasn't getting callbacks from other repair businesses but got quick response here. Customer service to set up appointment was super easy and wonderful. Our technician Eric was awesome. Explained everything about the repairs to our washer and dryer, set up quick follow up appointment after ordering parts, and great professional service, all right before Christmas so we could do our laundry!!

The associate ( Joey) who worked on home plumbing was Exceptional!! Punctual, Friendly, Knowledgeable, cleaned up after work and the most important…Honest.
I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs plumbing work done. Very reasonable too.

Our garbage disposal was leaking so I called out zip to replace our unit. Austin came out and had it swapped out in about 30 minutes. He did a great job and this is the fourth or fifth time that we had called zip appliance, and Plumbing for something in her house. I always recommend them to everyone.

I would highly recommend Zip Appliance & Plumbing. Extremely knowledgeable, reliable & honest. Showed up when they said they would and did not try to sell me something I didn’t need. They were able to assist me in picking out a new dryer and gave many options as where to purchase. They also have an amazing service plan for a very reasonable price (a steal of a deal) They can come out and inspect your appliances so you don’t end up in the same situation I was in before I found them. Honestly if it wasn’t for Zip Appliance, my house could have easily burned down and even worse. They immediately diagnose the problem with my dryer and guided me moving forward. Zip Appliance took the time to come out instead of just trying to diagnose over the phone like LG manufacture service did. LG said just don’t put so much in the dryer you’ll be fine and tried to walk me through over the phone how to reset the dryer. I’m so glad I called Zip Appliance instead of listening to LG. The pictures don’t lie.
