Charged me 350 bucks to fix my Maytag 3000 Dryer today. Dryer error code indicates that it's a thermistor issue. Technician charged me for a belt kit or something ("it's just this plastic piece but we just sell the kit to replace everything else too because it will eventually break"). Anyway Zip left and the dryer does not work, mission not accomplished. I'm just going to go spend an extra couple hundred at BestBuy tomorrow and buy a new one and be done with it.

My worker was Mike! He did an excellent job on my GE washer, it was 100% worth it, the process was quick, didn’t have to wait weeks. Glad to be apart of the customer care now!

I called Zip on Sunday afternoon to make an appointment regarding two running toilets, and a refrigerator that was leaking condensation onto my kitchen floor. I spoke with somebody that same day and was able to get scheduled the following day to get them both inspected. Joey took care of my toilets and got everything back up and running quickly. Jesse came shortly after to work on my refrigerator.They were both prompt, kind, professional, and walked me through each step of the process that they were doing during their visits. They both went above and beyond. I greatly appreciate their help and will definitely call Zip again for future repair needs.

Service repairman Matt came in assisted with the repair of my dishwasher. The repair was completed within five minutes of noticing that a clamp was not connected was connected. He also gave a tip on how to clean it and a free hose. Thank you for your assistance and your help much appreciated

Austin was a great technician. Explained everything with pictures that was wrong with my dryer. He took care of the issue and gave me multiple solutions.

I hired Zip Appliance to diagnose my refrigerator and repair my dryer. Jake the Sales Manager, came out on time and ready to work.

He was polite, respectful and professional. He diagnosed our dryer and found that it needed a new timer switch.

He didn’t try to sell me on services I didn’t need, and he even provided additional education about our washer.

I signed up for their annual membership plan, and I am excited to receive free diagnostics all year long.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. My washer had stopped working and Matt quickly diagnosed the issue, explained the problem in a way I could understand, and had the right parts on hand to get it fixed the next day. They were punctual, professional, and clearly knowledgeable about their craft. The repair was done efficiently, and my washer has been running perfectly ever since. Hayden was great! Knew exactly what the problem with my kitchen faucet was. Made great, reasonable suggestions as to how to fix it. Very time efficient.

Jake was great help. He came in, educated me on what we needed to do and get and was in and out. Great customer service as well with informing me on why I needed to repair the issue as well. 5 stars all around!

Our service tech Michael was awesome. We had two other companies that were covered by Old Republic home warranty. And they were basically thieves. They lied to us and did not replace parts that they told us that they had replaced. And also, we were told by another company before that that there were no adjustments available on the door. Zip appliance and Michael took care of all of the problems and also had replaced the parts that were necessary to finally get our dishwasher up and running after 4 and 1/2 months. Yes, pretty silly isn't it to get a dishwasher running. I will not name those other two companies. But just to make the light shine on zip appliance and Michael and the phenomenal and honest work they did. Very very impressed and they kept us in the loop and got us handled in a very short amount of time. So beware. There is a lot of thieves out there in the world of appliances. I guess. A shame that there's no reason and no need for companies like that. Especially if they are representing our home warranty company. Thanks for reading. Have a good day. Highly highly recommend them.!

Joey and Hugo were fantastic! Their knowledge and skills are great! They installed our waterheater with good timing, cleaned up and gave us info we needed to know. Very kind ! Great work!

Still waiting for repairs to be completed. Paid for a part that did not work, technician returned 2 more times attempting to fix. I was told they needed to further troubleshoot and they would get back to me. 2 weeks later and several calls still nothing except an email with a bill for the same part I had already paid for. Called again, was told a manager would call me back….still waiting. (Jacob, the technician was wonderful and deserves 5 stars but he should find employment elsewhere because the customer service team is severely lacking).
*Update: It's unfortunate that your company is able to responds to negative reviews faster than they are able to return a call to actually resolve the situation. FINALLY, received a call from a manager who informed me the faulty part that I received is not their responsibility!?! If I could give 0 stazs I would. Beware this company, after further research I have learned they have an F rating with the better business bureau. Should have done more research but they were recommended by BOSCH. (I will pass this info on to them so they realize how sketchy this company is and discontinue recommending them in the future.)

Austin came to look at my oven hinges. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to find parts. Every experience I’ve had with Zip has been great!

Meilin claimed to be a Manager. Didn't allow me to speak to a Manager since this company has not repaired my GE washer, only keeps collecting funds from me without repairing the washer.

When I first scheduled the repair from this company, the company scheduled a technician who inspected washer and provided me with a bill of $140 and an invoice with labor cost of $315 for labor plus parts. I have now attained the parts directly from GE and Meilin is refusing to have a technician come to my house unless I pay an additional $88, half of the remaining repair fee since the $140 paid was towards the repair fee.

I don't feel this is acceptable since I already paid the $140 on the first visit. Please avoid the headache and go with another company.

Great and friendly service repair. Matt was patient and was willing to explain the repairs in a way I understood what was needed. The repair required multiple appointments and they were able to be accommodating and flexible. Work was clean and timely.

Just had a service tech come to the house to look at our dishwasher / air gap (it was flooding and subsequently flooding under our sink).

My washer stopping working in the middle of a load. They sent someone out with in 1 hour of me calling. Eric was very friendly and knowledgeable and fixed my washer quickly. Will definitely be using them from now on in the future.
