I’m posting this review because I literally was cancelled 45 minutes prior to a repair arrival time by a live Sear’s technician. He just said he could not make my appointment today and I have to call Sears and re-schedule. It didn’t matter that I took a work day off to be home. I have never had such unprofessional cancellation in my lifetime. I even booked the appointment online two days prior. I tried calling Sears to complain about the last minute cancellation and there is no option to lodge a complaint. Every way of communication is computerized. I will NEVER obtain Sears service for anything or buy Sears products. No wonder most Sears stores have closed. Take my advice, don’t even try to schedule Sears appliance services or you will regret it like I do.

Sears appliances and repair is amazing. Michael S went above and beyond and fixed my newly installed faulty heating unit that another company couldn’t. Another company said parts were not available and I was just another customer and they kept me hanging for a year on parts that never came. I was referred to Sears. Michael from Sears never stopped trying to get the part I needed that was not available anywhere. He always kept me updated and was very polite. My family now has heat ! All my business will now be with Sears and I’ve recommended Sears to family and friends. Thank you Micheal and Sears

Noe, who provided service was exceptional. VERY knowledgable, polite and helpful. He showed up exactly on time and did his work quickly. I would definitely use him again. I can't speak to other service individuals.

Called B & H regarding a couple appliance repairs. Gil responded and showed up at the time he promised. He was very polite and professional. He was a great technician and figured out the issues with my conventional oven and microwave right away. He went over different options. I chose to have him sent my burnt- out oven circuit board for repair and for the microwave, he got creative and used a bonding adhesive to restore the broken door opener. Both appliances are working great now. The fees he charged was very fair and saved me a lot of money. I would highly recommend B and H Appliance Repair for your repair needs. Thank you Gil!

I brought Gil my older Whirlpool washer for repairs. He had it fixed and replaced other warn parts in 2 days. Gil called me several times to update me and discuss my options. The cost was very reasonable. I highly recommended B & H for appliance repairs.

Gil and Chad came out and fixed our ice maker and they did a fantastic job! They are awesome. I will call them from here on out.

Bad news and good news.
First the bad news: my clothes dryer was making all sorts of noises. So, I called Gil with B & H Appliance Repair again.

Now for the good news: Gil and Chad arrived promptly within the timeframe stated. They were both friendly and professional. Gil got right to work on the dryer. He got working right as rain within a short period of time.
One of things I like most about B&H is they are honest. Gil keeps you in the know of what he is doing.
I have used other appliance repair companies before, but Gil and his crew are the best. Just the kind of guys to sit and have a beer with. 👍👍👍👍👍👍

B&H is a company you can really trust! GIL has been to our house twice for two different services and we have been so happy with his work but most importantly his experience and excellent customer service! P.s. the timer knob on my GE dryer was replaced and I had the dryer air vents cleaned. Very happy with what was done :)

Integrity: Gil @ B and H Appliance is worthy of more than 5-stars in my book. I have a rental in Bakersfield. The tenants alerted me to an appliance issue. Given the age of the microwave, I was for certain it was going to need replacing. After speaking with Gil, he advised me this may not be true and it may just need a repair. He could have easily made an opportunity of this situation. Instead, he choose integrity. Gil did a great job in a timely manner. He was professional, very responsive, easy to communicate with, kept me informed, as well as offered a 90-day warranty on his work. When in need, I would definitely call on his services again and highly recommend him to others.

Horrible! He doesn’t now how to communicate, fails to show up to appointments. Doesn’t know what he’s doing

He was called in by my Home Warranty company to check out my oven. He was in the house for about 2 minutes and gone. He didn't check anything out.

They showed up without a confirmed appointment time, then refused to work claiming there wasn't access, despite an access door inside the pantry that gives direct access behind the units!
