Brandon was very helpful and knowledgeable and he took the time to explain everything, which I appreciated.

Victor kicks ass, 5 Stars! He has to commute up to Bakersfield from Lancaster in 100°+ weather, and within a span of a week, he diagnosed our oven range issue, ordered the rare part we needed, had it delivered to us within two days, than ended up having to do the work himself, rather than delegate it,…!

My Sears Appliance Repair technician was extremely professional during my appointment. I was notified via text this morning that my technician (Barry) was on his way, and he arrived in a timely manner after that. During his examination of my LG freezer, he explained in detail why it wasn't functioning correctly. During his appliance repair, he continued to explain the process of what he was doing. I felt he was very thorough in answering all of my questions and careful in fixing my LG refrigerator. I would highly recommend Sears Appliance Repair for your household appliance needs.

Waited 5 days for an appoinment. Stated we needed to recharge the AC and the would return in 5 days because the had to order the material. Now 3 weeks later in the Bakersfield heat AC is still not working.

The technician was very knowledgeable and installed the replacement part in minutes. The cost for the repair was more than half the price of the Dryer. Dealing with Sears's AI System was beyond ridiculous. If this is what I have to deal with in the future I will probably pass on Sears.

Feb 20 our washing machine thru up an error code. We scheduled a service call for 2/22, tech (Travis) showed 2 hours after the appointment. Couldn't fix the problem, order a part. 2/26 part arrived, scheduled for install 2/27...no show. 2/28 called cant make it; 3/4 showed up late; still not fixed order more parts. 3/11 No show; 3/13 Rescheduled 3/17 Victor came installed parts, discovered mice chewed wiring, NO FIX, NOT Covered. Victor was very kind and helpful. Travis is as useful as my broken machine. Cancel my service plan and I expect a full refund as Travis sold me this crap service plan. I await your response

The service man was great. Professional and completed job quickly.
Dealing with sears was a nightmare. Unable to contact anyone to help me. Parts where ordered but not received. I used the automatic system but the only options where to reschedule appointment or cancel. I had to wait until the service man showed up to find out where the missing part was. Fortunately he had a supply line on his van and was able to complete the job. If not the part would have been reordered and possibly another service charge. All of this could have been avoided if I could have talked to someone to reorder the missing part but Sears don't have any options to speak to a real person -
Sears appliance repair service was a pleasant experience. I was contacted in advance of appointment to discuss problem and fees. The tech arrived on time and was friendly and efficient. I would use this service again and recommend to others.

Noe was our tech for our dishwasher evaluation. While he was not able to repair our appliance due to parts no longer available from the manufacturer, he spent a lot of time trying. Friendly and professional. Much appreciated

The apointment time (Not Michels fault) was 1 an 1/2 hours later thanthe window of the time reserved for me.
When he was here he explained what he was doing, what the gages did, what type of coolant was required, what to do if the unit froze up before a tecnititon could get here. What type of filters would work better than the ones I was using. Why I shouldn't block off vents. I learned a lot from him. Very pleasant young man. -
I reported this technician because he previously canceled purposely right when he was outside my door without confirming with me, he canceled my appointment and he came to my appointment yesterday after I filed a complaint with him and he purposely left my water heater off and turned off all my gas appliances I had no hot water at night and I am disabled. My son had no hot water in the morning and I’m extremely disappointed. I pay for a service not for Brandon to just do whatever he feels like doing. I’m sure there’s other technicians out there I would like to. Perform outstanding. I’m sure he didn’t forget he retaliated because I filed a complaint on him.

My refrigerator freezer was warm. Several Other company techs wouldn’t return my calls. Sears scheduled me next day and Shane J did a great job. He was on-time, courteous, and knowledgeable about my unit. He presented the problem clearly and helped me come to the best path forward. I would use Shane again for any appliance issues. Sears was a great option for us since they came in less than 12 hours when others wouldn’t even call back.

Omar was nice but after the service the house was more humid than before service and the temperature had to be lowered three degrees to reach the same comfort as it was when it was 3 degrees higher before maintenance. When I called to have the free work checked I was told now it would be a repair so there would be a cost plus they weren't able to tell me the cost. They said the repair person will tell me. I feel like this was a set up for them to make money. Do not do the free service unless you expect to pay for a repair for something that wasn't broken in the first place.
