Unfortunately me and my family have been without water since Monday! With nothing but set backs from other companies from our warrenty, I’m glad we finally had Zip Appliance and Plumbing Repair Service as our contractor. Hayden gave us awesome service! Not only was he genuine, trustworthy, and educated on what was needed to make sure this mishap didn’t happen again in the future. He went above and beyond just to make sure we had running water!!! 🤓🙏🏼🙌🏼 What a blessing!!! He is one in a million and we are grateful to have had the pleasure of having him as our plumber! Eric was our tech and repaired our oven; there was an issue with our igniter. He showed me the issues and even provided suggestions on preventative care. Friendly and professional as well as knowledgeable about the maintenance he completed. Our second time getting repairs from Zip Appliance and will likely use them again for future home repairs. I love how professional the tec is. I feel he tells me what needs to be done and if it is worth it to fix. He is great! He got back to me right away with the total and asked me what I wanted to do. He is just great and looks out for the customer.

Zip Appliance sent out a gentleman by the name of Matt and he found the problem that we had and explained everything thoroughly and gave me a quote covering the cost of everything I needed completely! I felt it was a very fair quote considering what he was going to do. Matt was a very friendly and kind servicemen and I would highly recommend Matt and Zip Appliance again!

Our fridge started making a loud noise, like a lawnmower, and I was worried it was on its last legs. Thankfully, Jake from Zip came to the rescue. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and diligent. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had it fixed in no time. He even shared helpful tips on how to maintain the appliance and avoid future problems. I’m so grateful for his help and will absolutely recommend Zip to everyone. They're now in my contacts for any future appliance needs!

This is a very bad company. My advise is to never call this company. To make a long story short..I read some reviews and they seemed ok, so I called. They made me an appointment over the phone and said I needed to prepay $125.00 service fee ahead of time. I had to give them my Credit Card number over the phone. I already knew that I had broken the lid latch on my washer and that is what needed to be repaired. After waiting for him to write me an estimate for the repairs, he showed it to me and said I must agree to pay 2/3 of the estimate up front before they could order the part. The estimated he showed me was for a total $425.00. I made my unhappy feelings clear to the repair person and replied that I could have bought a new Washing Machine for the cost they were charging me. The part cost $135. and his cost to do the repairs would be $291.00. After some complaining to the repair person I ask about senior discount, as I am 75 years old. He then agreed to offer me a 10% discount. When he came with the part which I still have, I personally watched as he replaced it on my Washing Machine. This process took him approximately 10 minutes. I am just trying to worn other customers that these people do not run a reputable business.

I am very happy with the speed in which the oven diagnosis was made, parts ordered, and repair completed. Angel was very friendly, and did a great job. Price to repair the oven was very reasonable.

I would highly recommend this company. They came out when my wife and I needed them and the gentleman that helped us out, Joey was very curtious, knowledgeable, and honest. Not many like him out there.

Was scheduled for 1pm washer repair and the repair man let me know he was sorry but would be able to come at 11:30. I said it would be ok I am taking my lunch and could meet him there. He was able to swap out the parts in under 20 minutes and I still had time to finish my lunch.

Jose Gonzalez was a great technician and definitely the best one they got he thoroughly went through my washing machine and found more than one problem all others start with one and only get one done at a time and keep having to pay service fees. Thank you, Jose.

Very good service!! Austin was awesome, he went above and beyond to fix my washer and dryer. Zip appliance was very communicative about when my parts were available and scheduling was great, didn’t have to wait to get everything fixed!!
