He only got a one star only because I had to for the rating.Very rude would not recommend. Acted very unprofessional over the phone and hung up on me. I asked him what the part would cost. And he says well I don’t know I don’t even know what kind of washing machine you have. I said well why don’t you try asking me!!! Won’t be using Dave 👎👎

Arrived on time and quickly repaired my dishwasher. Dan's expertise saved me from having to buy a new pump. Highly recommended and would definitely use again.

After waiting for 3 weeks for Home Depot to install my cooktop, I gave up and called Dave's Appliance Service. He was available in less than 48 hours and had my cooktop professionally installed for a fair price.

There first techs came out to check our Samsung refrigerator because our freezer went out.. Guys said no problem ill order the part be back in 2 or 3 days to fix the problem.. They came 3 days later to install the part.. This tech was a different one from the first... He said he has worked is Samsung for 20+ years and let him check the problem out.. took one look at the freezer.. And said that it was diagnosed wrong. Let us know not to put anymore money into the problem because it was not fixable..

Very disappointed! I have a newer Samsung Dryer that stopped working. I called Dave's to have him repair it. I told him over the phone what type of dryer it was, he came out looked at it and order a part for it. More then a week later(after numerous phone calls to him) he finally came out to repair it with the new part. He came an hour after his specified time and couldn't fix it. He told us he doesn't know how to fix our type of dryer. What?!?!? Why wouldn't you tell me that when you first came out, why would he waste my time? Frustrated to say the least and now I'm back to square zero:(

A few days before I had family from out of state my washing machine broke. I called Dave’s and he came over the next day. He repaired my washer and I continued to get all my laundry and bedding washed before my family from out of state arrived. The washer kept working really well during my family’s visit and it’s still working well. I’m glad Dave’s was able to get help and the cost was less than what I expected. I highly recommend this business.

Dave is a true tradesman/repairman. He did a thorough inspection of the inside of the refrigerator and freezer, found the problem and fixed it. He went out of his way to be helpful, courteous, and skilled. He's your guy. Listen to him, pay him, and feel gratitude that there is someone who still takes pride in a job well done.

I made a call, told him my problem. He said he would come over and take a look. He showed up 20 minutes later and 15 minutes after that my dryer was fixed. When he told me how much, I was floored. When you consider the price of a new dryer, it was a a no brainier. We love saving money and he helped with that. Our sincere thanks and I will recommend.

I'm so happy with the service! Dave was so helpful im so glad I came across his business. I bought my dishwasher through a major company and it came with free installation, well the third party never showed up to install it. I called Dave the next day and he was able to squeeze us in the same day!...he even came earlier that what was anticipated. My dishwasher is up and running and works great! Buying this new dishwasher has been very stressful trying to get it installed, and Dave helped make that easy and simple. Thanks again.

Our refrigerator was leaking water onto our kitchen floor and our dishwasher wasn't draining. Dave came out the same day and even called to ask if they could come early. His son and him immediately figured out the issues with both appliances and got them fixed in less than an hour. He charged a great price for his work and we will call him if we ever need any appliances fixed in the future.

I called Dave and received a same day appointment. He arrived on time, and diagnosed our problem. After he picked up the part, my dryer was repaired by 12:30 the same day. It was nice to work with such a responsive repairman.

We have used Dave's appliance repair several times at our residence. He has always been honest and helpful. I trust his opinion on what is the best option is at the time. He provides quality work and fast service.

This guy seemed good at first. Charged us $170 for a service call, which is to be expected. Replaced a part in our dryer that didn't fix the problem. Then says he will get the component that was needed and disappeared. After 3days he finally returned our phone call and says to call him when WE get the parts.. what??!!. We are just going to buy a new dryer and never call this guy again! Basically charged us $170 and didn't fix anything. Hell no!!!

Dave is fantastic! We used him yesterday to fix our refrigerator again, and once again he came through. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and got it running like new. He honestly saved us from having to buy a brand-new refrigerator, which we really appreciated. Professional, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced—Dave will always be our go-to for appliance repairs.
