I requested a free quote through yelp and I never got a response. I gave him another chance and called. He said he was having lunch and would call me back after. Gave him my name and number... it's the next day and still no call back. Goodluck with this guy.

Again home warranty referred me and they did call me and say they would let me know a time frame. My husband pulled home sees the truck driving away. This was 14 minutes after we hung up the phone. I was in the bathroom with my daughter. I called her as Im looking at the guy trying to wave him down and the receptionist tells me he was knocking on my door for 20 minutes (without calling??) and I didn't answer the door fast enough so find somebody else to do the job because he isn't coming back! This was only 14 minutes after we hung up and she said she was calling me back to let me know when he was coming. She says well I didn't call...I just sent him! lol Wow.

I higher recommend North Coast because they treat you like family. Thank you Tracy and Bill for being their for me in many many ways. Tracy iand Bill are very professional, so friendly, very personal. When a tree fall on my electrical wires North Coast was there for me every step of the way. Bill waited hours for the inspector to come to the house. Bill did not want to leave until the inspector got there. Bill contacted PGE to turn my electricity back on. Thank you both so much.

Very quick to service several things and finds the easiest and most affordable option. The electrical, Bill, is a wizard and can always make what we want happen. He is very trustworthy and has been in the game for a long time. The receptionist, Tracey, always does her best to fit us in too and we really appreciate it. I wouldn’t go with any other electrical contractor in town!

Bill came out to replace a faulty breaker in my electrical panel. I had been replacing some electrical outlets in my home and had ran into problems. Bill said he would look at them and he was kind enough to rectify my errors and install them correctly. Very fast and friendly service, I would highly recommend them.

I was referred to North Coast Group by my home warranty insurance company (AHS) to repair an aging Casa Blanca ceiling fan that had stopped working. NCG was quick to respond with an appointment date and time. Bill (the electrician) was at the house exactly at the time specified. The fan is no longer made and replacement parts are nearly impossible to find. Bill tested both the fan and its wall switch and determined that the issue was with the electronics in the fan so he took it to his shop. He returned with the repaired fan twice before we got it to work -- I had ordered and received from eBay a used wall switch that arrived between his 1st and 2nd trips back. Again the repaired fan wouldn't work with the original switch so we tried the newer eBay switch. Voila! It worked. Bill had completely reworked the electronics in the fan at his shop. Then Bill took the time to rework the wall switch box's wiring so the used switch from eBay would slide into it. Throughout this entire process, Bill was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and professional. I will always go back to Bill and North Coast Group for any future wiring needs. Thanks Bill

I rarely leave reviews, but this electrician is outstanding so I have to. I have been through many electricians and this is the only honest one in town. He does amazing work and is extremely trustworthy. The amount of knowledge he has you can tell he has been doing this for a long time. My husband is an electrical engineer and he learned quite a few things from this electrician Bill. He is the only way to go for any electrical needs. The office staff when you call is also very sweet and helpful. They can get an electrician out to you usually pretty quick.

I really appreciate the service I get from North Coast. They are always on time and professional. They are a company that I can trust. I've got shady service in the past. Bill is always honest and upfront and Tracy is very friendly when I call. Great company to use for your electrical needs.

I definitely would recommend this company to anyone needing repairs to their electrical system. I had two issues going on with no power in my livingroom and a few outlets that did not work in the kitchen. I had been without those outlets for over a year since the last electrician came out and said my issues was caused by overloading in the garage. Bill came out and not only fixed the livingroom issue but the kitchen as well. Everything was an inside problem. Bill was able to locate both issues and fix within 30 minutes. He truly was an answer to my prayers!

Very professional, received my ph message, came out on a Sunday (day off) to fix my HAVC. Fixed it had replacement parts handy.

Panic set in as all of our smoke alarms went off this morning at 10AM. My father in law recommended "Bill". I called the number (piercing smoke alarms going off). Tracy answered, and was so sympathetic. She said they would have someone there asap. Within half an hour Bill arrived. We had a bad smoke alarm (they are all over 15 years old). They are hardwired, so all go off if one goes off. He quickly found it, recommended replacing. Had new ones in his truck. I was totally expecting to be overcharged. But they were beyond reasonable. I truly recommend them.

Employee ( Bill ) was sent to do electrical service at my home. He said he was going to change my breaker to new. I recently found out the breaker was the issue that kept turning my Fridge off. Bill lied, he did not change it at all. I called company & then said that he did change it but he did not change it because My father had wrote a mark on it that way he knew if it was changed or not & Bill went during morning my father came home from work afternoon & seen that it was not changed. Breaker kept going off. I dont recommend this company, they just take your money and dont do the work.

Great job! I called at 11:15 am and Bill was out there quickly and finished the job by 1:00 pm the same day! I fit into a slot where they had a cancellation! They have a wonderful service at reasonable prices! I highly recommend them! Job well done!
