Semper Solaris installed my solar in 2018 before my husband died. Now I live hear by myself and if the power goes out not only do I not know how to hook up a generator, I don't even know where it is! Even if i did know I would have to be putting gas and I can barely walk. I called Semper Solaris and told them what can they do for me. They sent this nice young lady. Her name is Raedene Solano. Everyone calls her Rae like on Star Wars and she was wonderful in explaining how all this stuff works and she taught me about the Tesla Powerwall battery. The guys that put it in were courteous and did a nice job. Everyone was asking why I was getting these things and did i really need to spend money on that! Now they call me in an outage and tell me they don't have power and I laugh, "sorry, what do you want me to do about it???!!!

Regret using this company for solar, lack of communication job took longer then expected. They still haven't finished my solar and my 1st payment is due next month 15days from now. I tried calling them I'm hold forever and keep getting the runaround. Do yourself a favor and use another company that has better communication with there customers.
