I called Adrienne in the morning, and she booked a chimney sweep appointment for that afternoon. Early is on time, and on time is late. Jose showed up on time. The 21-point checklist perfectly informed what checked out and what, if anything, was unsatisfactory. Family-owned and operated is a plus.

Jose recently came to clean our dryer vent and complete a chimney sweep. He was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. Both services were completed thoroughly and in under an hour and a half. Highly recommend and we'll be using A&R from here on out!

We have been using A&R Chimney for more than 20 years for our wood burning fireplace. Quinn and company are professional, and thorough, and clean. (It’s a dirty job!) Ten years ago, we switched to gas logs, and bought a great set from A&R. We have them serviced every two years. Jose is a newer member and every bit as friendly and professional. Try a company that’s been in business for 30+ years.

Contacted A&R Chimney to have them appraise damages to my aged chimney. It was in bad shape, with missing grout and old stained brick. I was sure that the top would need to be replaced, but Quinn and Jose did their inspection and assured me that cleaning the bricks and repointing was all that was needed. Jose did an outstanding job and I am extremely happy with the result.

I called the friday before Easter and was able to get a hold of Quinn. I had a fireplace insert with a small leak that I needed to remove. Quinn was able to help me identify what was needed to be done. Very upfront with pricing and time. He and Jose came out the very next Monday and had my fireplace insert removed and cleaned in less than an hour.
Service, integrity, walked me through the whole process and gave me options on what I can do with the fireplace in the future. If I have any fireplace needs or know of anyone who does, these guys are whom I am recommending every time.

First, I need to say that Jose is the best. He has cleaned my dryer vent that extends through my roof a few times. I requested him specifically, because I knew from his last visit he would be gentle on my fragile tile roof. Prior, Quinn maintained my chimney. I confidently recommend this company.
