Rude! Reggie came out to install a motor for my Evap cooler in 2021. He was quite rude and overcharged me, however I let it go. I called him again 2 years later and he was very rude stating :"My prices are non-negotiable, that's all." He wanted $110 to just drain and refill my Evap cooler. That's it! I called someone else and they were very professional and said they were available in two days for $75. It's amazing how this guy gets customers with his very condescending manner. AVOID

Been waiting since the 30th for the repair of my AC. It’s over 102 degrees and can’t even get any response to my phone calls or voicemails. Communication is everything!! Initially I was told he would arrive between 12-1pm and it is now 2am the next morning. He never responded or showed up to fix the AC unit fan. Very unprofessional!

Mark did an excellent job and told me truth about a job when another company was trying to charge me 4 times more, they said something wrong when it was just a loose wire! Thanks for being honest Mark A+

Strong recommend Golden Valley Air. Their team is highly professional, well coordinated and efficient. Got several quotes for our HVAC system and this was much more reasonably priced in comparison. No upselling tactics, no gimmicks, simply a great experience. Used high quality Rheem products and installation was very neat!

Too expensive!!!!too expensive!!!! They charge me $5000 to fix the walk in refrigerator but I paid somebody else only $500

Came out the next day and they fixed my A/C within 15min! They are worth the price!

Paul came out quickly on a Sunday and helped me with my repair. We strictly use Brleys for our refrigeration maintenance and repairs. Great work and reasonable pricing.

Julian and Robert was amazing today they stayed over two hours until my landlord came for insurance purposes and they were polite , caring and still smiling after waiting so long I would definitely recommend them to anyone in kern county , 5 stars for them both Customer Service is excellent plus they are still here hours later and getting the job done correctly THE FIRST TIME !!

They diagnosed my system in early May 2022, told me they were ordering parts,
Never did, never bothered to call me, when I called they lied to me. Horrible, Horrible company, Do Not Use you will regret it. I do!!!

This company is great! So professional and kind. I've had others look at it but Louie was the only person to tell me it needed a new plate that has a burn mark on it. Took pictures of it to explain it to me.. I definitely won't use anyone else ever again! Thank you Silver Lining Service! Sincerely Cheryl Knox

This company has never returned any calls I have made regarding getting an estimate on a service call I had done through my home maintenance company. Every time I have called, 4 separate times no one has returned my calls. I’m sure if it wasn’t for the business that home maintenance companies send there way they would have nothing.
