Horrible place. Back in august when it was over 108-115 they came out said what was wrong. Then tried adding on things to add cost, that I didn’t need, that warranty wouldn’t cover. Like a condenser pad when I already had one there. When I told them I didn’t need one but would pay all other fees they set up an appt. And added in the comment we need to get paid too. I left work early just for them not to show up. After I called they said oh we cancelled it call home warranty. Home warranty didn’t know why then was told it was because I didn’t want to pay for the pad and they needed to make their money too.

They came to look at my ac a week after I had my first problem and said they needed to order my part. I called a week exactly later to follow up on the order and the lady on the phone said they had not even called my home warranty to get the part approved because to call my warranty would take two hours waiting on the phone. That was not a professional excuse or an answer. I called my home warranty and complain about the unprofessional answer. A week later I called them again and they said they had lost my file or someone else had it in there hands but did not have my information. I then called my home warranty again since at this point I has been 3 weeks with no Ac or answers about when this would get resolved. Not even one hour later silveling called me back to say they approve a new unit to be installed but did not know when. One week later I got a voice mail to confirm my install for the following Monday. When I called to confirm they changed it for this Thursday and I was happy to take the day even earlier. I called today Thursday to confirm and she then got really rude with me and said no your not scheduled for today it’s for Monday. I told her then why would someone there tell me it was scheduled for today and I canceled my vacation to be home. She said that’s not nice if me to get upset over that. I would not recommend this company and would say they are very unorganized and unprofessional rude company. It has now been now 5 weeks with no ac in July in Bakersfield with a 1 year old.
