Not very satisfied with this company, very unprofessional and disrespectful to their customers. Manager has a bit of an attitude problem. Maybe more than a bit. Repairs get made with old used parts, when complained they said “we where out they in the 100 degree weather and repaired same day sooo..” the hell kind of business talks like that

Gave them a call to help fix our AC unit because wasn’t turning on. They went out of their way to make sure we weren’t without air for too long. Definitely recommend we’ll be using them for future services!

Called Island Air Profesionals at 1 pm and they had someone out in 40 minutes 😀 and it's 104 degrees today. Very Thankful they came out so fast!

They are in charge of servicing both my home and our rental. Always reasonably priced and there isn’t a long wait to have them come check the problem. They even went on a Sunday to check the AC for the renter when is was triple digits.

Jeff has saved us from 2 situations now in different homes. One was needing a completely new AC unit which was installed quickly and unlike others, he gave us a price breakdown and explained WHY he was doing certain things. We just moved and he came the next day when we said our AC wasn’t working. He figured it out within minutes and was fixing it on the spot. You won’t ever get service like this from anyone else. Called for a seasonal maintenance for summer service. The Office staff was friendly and professional. An appointment was set Jeff arrived on time and promptly began the maintenance. He also recommended and energy saving product for my AC which will save the life of my compressor and reduces energy consumption (hard start kit). I will definitely recommend to family and friends….Great job!

Jeff was on site in less than 30 minutes. He went straight to it and found a bad capacitor. Replaced it immediately and air on in minutes. Outside temperature was 106. He then cleaned out the outside unit. He is very efficient and caring because my daughter and grandkids and wife were home. I highly recommend Jeff. Even in the busiest time of the year with alot of calls. He took care of us. Thanks again!

Crystal, Jeff and their team are amazing! Half way through a Bakersfield heat wave our AC stopped. They came right out to diagnose the problem and fixed it immediately! They were even able to get the specialty refrigerant my unit calls for! We can’t thank you guys enough! 🏝️😎
