They only sell parts to contractors, it doesn’t say anywhere online or outside of the store, the sign is inside , please let the people know you guys are for contractor only and save a costumer a trip!!

They don't sale retail but have nothing posted and let you stand there for 15 min anyways. Then they recommend another place that doesn't sale parts at all

Called to get a quote on a package unit, first thing they asked if I had an account, if not they won't even give u a quote. Although I am licensed I just hunged up.

Everyone here at Johnstone are super knowledgeable and supportive when it comes to finding the right equipment and parts.

These guys are why people don't buy local. They required a hvac license to buy a transfer pump. This is silly, the only thing a hvac license is required for is gasses not a pump. We returned with the hvac license and they said now I need a business license that reflects hvac work.
Guys, this is a pump not anything that required a license of any kind for.
We purchased online and it arrived 2 days later without issue. So I'd advise to stay home with your family, press buttons to save money and time. Forget these guys there waste of time.

Sent my employee down for some parts for a job we were on. The employees don't know what they are talking about and sent him back with the wrong parts. As we all know in this area jobs can be in pretty remote areas so this was almost a 4 hours round trip. I specified what we needed and they gave him something other than what I asked for. These guys don't have a clue what they are doing...

Johnstone Supply is the best. They are always knowledgeable and courteous every time I come in. They are very helpful with all my questions and needs. Johnny is always willing to help me take my stuff to my truck. A+ customer service each and every time I am there.

We have been using Johnstone supply for many years in our HVAC business for some products and parts that our company uses in sales, and installation, and repairs. They are knowledgeable of all the products they provide, fair pricing that is competitive to other suppliers. Their staffing is always polite and helpful when needed.

They have an awesome counter sales team and a great outside sales team. They have a vas knowledge of different equipment. I love that a most of there staff are ex-hvac technicians that have an understanding of equipment and operations and what aftermarket parts will work for older units. They can have almost any part in 1 to 3 business days. Coming from a hvac owner my technicians love going here for parts because they have what we need.

Working on the 6th recall and 3 different technicians. My A/C has not been running properly for nearly 2 months in the middle of summer. The technicians keep saying they see the problem and going up to check the unit and running to grab "parts" but nothing is fixing my A/C. This most recent visit when the tech is leaving saying that they see that there is still an issue with the system and they are going to let the warranty company know, they leave an I received an email stating that my repair claim had been closed and that there is nothing wrong with the A/C. Upon further investigation, also found the technician forged a signature to the documents turned in to warranty company. Compiling video and audio evidence and inspecting other documents turned to my warranty company for more forged signatures to turn into the BBB. I keep a lawyer on retainer for corrupt companies such as this. It is a shame that warranty companies use such trash companies like this one. BE WARY IF YOUR WARRANTY COMPANY USES THIS COMPANY. Request a different servicer if possible.
